No matter the election results, ask yourself those questions: • Why do protests even work at all? • Why does "nonviolence" work as a tool of regime change? • Why do color revolutions work at all? The Democracy Files document efforts that are seeded over multiple years, through building of a massive civil society that can mobilize on a snap of fingers. This civil society is supported by training judiciary, creating so-called "independent media" to amplify agendas, a fractal network of NGOs reaching into every demographic, massive amounts of foreign aid / philanthropic dollars, and so-called "international solidarity." But what is the atomic unit behind all those dollars, activists, lawyers, journalists? You are. Or more accurately, your trust is. Think about it: What if nobody believed there was a such thing as an organic protest? Then the imagery of Eastern Europeans storming buildings cease to be a spotaneous truimph of liberty and start looking like something much more engineered. Tonight's Democracy Drop focuses on how our trust is engineered by invisible sources around us to create legitimacy for the NGO-Administrative Complex.
