It's also that you can train them and become better. Someone who already did a few IQ tests will be much better than someone who didn't.

IQ tests are not perfect but they have gotten much better at removing biased language. And they are powerful predictors of long term life outcomes such as health, longevity, educational success and income.

I love Thomas Sowell But sadly, there is a full SD in g between certain racial groups, and I don’t know how it can be logically and rationally said that it is completely due to nurture. Ashkenazi Jews have the highest IQ and IMHO it is not solely due to nurture .

I question whether this aligns with Sowell’s views. If anything, he suggests that some IQ tests are poorly designed. Well-constructed IQ tests show a strong correlation between higher IQ scores and success in tackling complex problems.
