He described a possible three-phase market: the S&P 500 could first reach 7,700, then see a normal 10% to 15% pullback, before rallying above 8,000 by year-end. On gold and silver's recent weakness, Lee said long-term holders may be taking profits after strong gains, as both assets had outperformed their store-of-value role and became risk-on assets.
