Dragon Age: Veilguard | High-Level Combat Overview Gameplay Full 10 Minute Video▶️ ▪️Warrior revolves around close range combat and defense ▪️The abilities you bring into battle is a strategic choice for each encounter, can be swapped out anytime outside of combat ▪️There are also three equippable Runes, these provide "a variety of control, utility, or additional damage to synergize with your build" ▪️Each class unique customizable abilities, for example warriors have certain abilities that deal fire damage ▪️There are then "Specializations" unique to each class that provide further abilities, including Ultimates ▪️Example: A Warrior specializing as a Grey Warden Champion will gain access to the devastating incendiary Warden’s Fire that launches a flurry of searing strikes that ignite foes like tinder ▪️Combat foundation: Each class has 4 core moves (jump, dodge, light attack, heavy attack) which can be chained together ▪️You can dodge mid-attack, light attacks do light damage and add small amounts of stagger, heavy attacks do more damage and build more stagger ▪️Enemies are more vulnerable fully staggered, Rook can perform takedown attacks ▪️Light and heavy attacks can be held down to deliver more potent versions, ex: a heavy attack can be charged while using a staff to unleash a magical wave of destructive energy ▪️Attacks can also be triggered while sprinting and/or jumping to add depth and fluidity to combat ▪️Each class has ranged attacks, blocks, and two distinct weapon sets that can be swapped seamlessly in battle ▪️Heavy attacks remove armor barriers faster, ranged attacks remove shield barriers faster ▪️You can pause with the ability wheel for more precise control, assign companions to attack specific enemies individually or together ▪️You can bound shortcut keys/buttons for abilities ▪️Different enemy types are weaker vs certain elements (darkspawn are weak to fire damage for example) ▪️You can apply buffs and debuffs (Davrin's "Heroic Strike" ability applies the "Overwhelmed" debuff to enemies which increases stagger) ▪️Area of Effect attacks are also necessary to defeat large groups of enemies, buffs/debuffs are important for crowd control ▪️Abilities require class resources to able to use (Mana, Momentum and Rage). You build these up by dealing damage as well as a secondary way (warriors by taking/dealing damage, rogues by dodging/parrying successfully, mages regain Mana passively over time) ▪️Sword and Shield warriors have access to the Shield Throw Volley: By landing a Heavy Attack on a Shield Throw return, the shield will ricochet, taking out multiple enemies. This sequence can repeat up to three times, causing a "devastating ring of damage around Rook" ▪️Warriors also have the Grappling Spear which can pull enemies closer (helps to dispatch specific enemies on higher difficulties) ▪️You coordinate specific attacks/abilities are primers to "prime" enemies and detonators to "detonate" for extra damage ▪️Ultimates are the most powerful abilities. Doing damage increases your Ultimate Meter and are unique to each class and specialization This looks fantastic, like a more fluid Inquisition. Goddamn I can't wait for this. #DragonAge #DragonAgeVeilguard

Yeah, Ordinals and Runes are back, and guess what? Shill_raton is back too, lmao. 🔥 Runes-Fudders punching the air right now. 😡 SO WHICH RUNES TO BUY ?!?!? FOMO!??! If you read my TOKEN2049 post a few days ago, you’d have seen it was a perfect indicator and buying opportunity. (especially the mentioned ones: Billy Cat, DOG and Pizza Ninjas) Ofc, we’re not fully back yet—just a small light shining on us. It’s still early days, but we were really down bad, and any Runes shill tweet over the past weeks was pure hopium. No surprise that 90% of the Runes collections didn’t survive the post-capitulation phase. But to those that did—congrats! So, what’s the plan? If you held top Runes through capitulation? Awesome, keep holding. You’ve already endured the worst, haven’t you? If you're looking to stack top Runes? Be cautious, but go for it. Just make sure you’re picking the ones that are getting the most attention/volume/engagement or are about to. Otherwise: STAY LIQUID. New Runes are going to pop up very soon, with strong teams and high quality. Be ready to mint when they hit, but cautiously. If you lock your liquidity, you will just fud and cope about new RUNES success. These new Runes will have it much easier to grab attention. I met several teams at TOKEN2049 who have been preparing for this trend switch for months. Top Ordinals collections should be in for a feast soon, too. Hold onto them. My call to everyone: Work for your bags. Shill like a siren. The Ordinals/Runes space is small, and our voices are tiny in this tight-knit BTC village. Support each other’s tweets (RT/like/comment), multiply attention, and stop the PVP nonsense—it’s outdated and simply stupid at this point. Quick TL;DR on the top Runes: (in no specific bag order, but you know my favs eitherway) - DOG•GO•TO•THE•MOON BTC classic meme, #3 etched Rune. Finally, more shillers than just Leonidas 🧡 $DOG. Best shot at leading the new run and hitting a 1 BLN market cap, and potentially getting a T1 CEX listing. - BILLION•DOLLAR•CAT Billy 🐱 Best branding, content and marketing, most visible at IRL events. Strong bounce last week, and community support is still amazing. - PUPS•WORLD•PEACE Pups 🌎☮️ BTC OG meme, known also on SOL, now bridged to SOL (again - potentially more liquid this way). Far from ATH but has a dedicated community. - RSIC•GENESIS•RUNE Runecoin ▣⛏️ A key pre-Runes project. The team’s been quiet (AGAIN) for weeks, and hopium is VERY low. If they don’t act now, it could be joever. - WADDLE•WADDLE•PENGU Waddle Waddle Pengu Simple, normie-friendly, wholesome, with a strong leader Cold Blooded Shiller (one of the best crypto-traders and partnership hunters) - LOBO•THE•WOLF•PUP LOBO•THE•WOLF•PUP A beta DOG play with VC money (not a bad thing lol) backing it - DECENTRALIZED ⚡️DECENTRALIZED Community Take Over (CTO); #2 etched Rune. Needs way more community unification stronger leadership to break out. - WANKO•MANKO•RUNES WankoManko OG Runes and very unique Furry-meme, practically created by Casey himself. Only Rune soft-shilled by him (and Erin). Dropped heavily from ATH, but the team is strong and working closely with AI tech ( , BOOTOSHI 👑 ) - SATOSHI•NAKAMOTO Strong ticker, but no known team. Premine still sitting in their wallet and burned a lot of people post-halving. - LIQUIDIUM•TOKEN Liquidium | Bitcoin Loans Utility Rune, down significantly from release and investor seed round (70m valuation). Still one of the best DeFi platforms on Bitcoin. - EPIC•EPIC•EPIC•EPIC Rune etched on the EPIC sat. Rare sats aren’t getting much attention from degens right now. - SAIKO•HAMSTER Saiko Hamster Psychopath cute hamster. Still active and never gave up, with a decent narrative. Hinting on a based ordinals collectin. - CATS•IN•THE•SATS Cats•In•The•Sats Before Billy, this was the #1 cat. Still going strong, with the team as active as day one. - ZBIT•BLUE•BITCOIN BTC MACHINE🤖 Gaming utility Rune with a dedicated team, but gaming in web3 isn’t really bullish at the moment. - Z•Z•Z•Z•Z•FEHU•Z•Z•Z•Z•Z Fehu Rune #1 etched. The owner holds multiple K Bitcoin since 2010. Probably just a fun experiment, without a clear execution plan (last heard: casino). - THE•DONALD•TRUMP Donald Trump Rune Best Trump Rune Ticker. Struggling to catch up lately, heavily dependent on IRL Trump action. - MR•YEN•JAPANESE•BUSINESSMAN Mr Yen First PG-friendly, non-animal Rune with its own lore and (video) style. He still loves his son (which should be enough, right?). - SPARKY•RUNEDOG Sparky Pokemon-like Rune. Hardworking team, constantly announcing partnerships, products, and more. - BASED•INTERNET•PANDA BIP 熊猫 Another cute animal, similar to Saiko Hamster. - GOB•IS•GOB•IS•GOB GOB ◨ ◨ Rune with gamified systems. - BAMK•OF•NAKAMOTO•DOLLAR BAMK•OF•NAKAMOTO•DOLLAR Runes stablecoin. - ALETHEIAS•AGORA @AletheiasAgora Polymarket of Bitcoin. - RSM•RUNES•STATE•MACHINE Programmable Runes experiment. There are more out there, but these are the most well-known. Hold, pick, and shill your Runes wisely. Stay liquid. New Runes are coming, and they’ll be profitable too

PROJECT MAVEN and the U.S. Military's Cutting-Edge Arsenal of AI-Driven Warfare and Directed Energy Weapons. This is an important deep dive into one of the U.S. Department of War's most transformative initiatives, a game-changer that's reshaping modern warfare through artificial intelligence. Launched in 2017 under the Algorithmic Warfare Cross-Functional Team, Project Maven isn't just another tech buzzword; it's the Pentagon's flagship AI program designed to supercharge military intelligence by automating the analysis of vast troves of data from drones, satellites, and surveillance feeds. Highlighting how Maven uses machine learning and computer vision to detect, classify, and track targets in real-time, compressing the "kill chain" from hours to minutes. The weapon and defense systems powering this revolution, including the seamless integration of Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs). Project Maven serves as the brain, processing petabytes of imagery to identify threats like enemy vehicles, personnel, or infrastructure with pinpoint accuracy—far beyond what human analysts could achieve alone. Initially deployed against ISIS in 2017, it fused data from full-motion video (FMV) and other sensors to flag potential strikes, always with human oversight in the loop to ensure ethical decision-making. Today, under the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Maven has expanded to all military branches—Army, Air Force, Space Force, Navy, and Marines—via platforms like the Maven Smart System (MSS). MSS isn't just about detection; it's a force multiplier, enabling rapid targeting in exercises like Scarlet Dragon, where it slashed manpower needs from thousands to mere dozens while handling complex scenarios in CENTCOM and beyond. Now, pair this AI prowess with the U.S. military's Directed Energy Weapons, and you get a lethal, futuristic synergy. DEWs harness concentrated electromagnetic energy—think high-energy lasers (HELs) and high-power microwaves (HPMs)—to neutralize threats without traditional munitions, offering infinite "ammo." These aren't hypothetical; they're operational and evolving rapidly. High-Energy Lasers (HELs), systems like the Navy's HELIOS (High-Energy Laser with Integrated Optical-Dazzler and Surveillance) aboard destroyers like the USS Preble deliver speed-of-light strikes to down drones, missiles, or small boats for pennies per shot. Integrated with Maven's AI targeting, HELIOS can acquire, track, and zap threats in swarms, as demonstrated in recent Pacific tests. The Army's DE M-SHORAD (Directed Energy Maneuver-Short Range Air Defense) prototype, mounted on Stryker vehicles, recently shredded drone swarms at Fort Sill, blending lasers with kinetic defenses for layered protection. High-Power Microwaves (HPMs), weapons like the Air Force's THOR (Tactical High-Power Operational Responder) unleash radiofrequency waves to fry electronics in drones or missiles from afar, covering wide areas with a single pulse. In urban or congested environments, HPMs provide non-lethal options, disrupting signals without collateral damage—perfect for Maven-identified targets in sensitive ops. Broader Defense Ecosystems, Maven feeds into systems like the Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2), linking sensors across domains for seamless ops. DEWs complement this by offering scalable effects—from dazzling sensors (e.g., Vigilant Eagle for airport defense) to outright destruction. The Pentagon's Directed Energy Roadmap, with $1 billion annual investments, pushes for higher power outputs to tackle hypersonic threats, while initiatives like the High Energy Laser Scaling Initiative bolster industrial production. What makes this combo so revolutionary? Speed, precision, and cost-efficiency. Maven's AI spots the threat; DEWs eliminate it at light speed, with deep "magazines" that outlast ammo stockpiles. Project Maven is the spark igniting this fire, keeping the U.S. ahead in an era where data and energy are the ultimate weapons.

The Road to Recovery: Understanding Burnout Healing Timelines TLDR: It takes about 2 years of diligent work to recover from burnout... but you can absolutely make it take longer... The burnout recovery timeline nobody tells you about... After struggling with burnout for almost a decade, I've finally mapped the real recovery journey. It's longer than most people think, but understanding these timelines saved my sanity. Mild burnout can resolve in about 6 months with proper rest. My first burnout took 4 months of doing absolutely nothing but playing video games before I started feeling better. Severe burnout? That's a 2-year journey with the right interventions. Without them, it can become permanent - I learned this the hard way when I still wasn't better after 3 years of "trying to recover." CFS or complete collapse is a 3-5 year road, sometimes with permanent changes. Each system in your body recovers at its own pace: Your gut might take 2 weeks to clear pathogens, but 6 months to heal damage and 2 years for complete microbiome restoration. Your adrenals respond to adaptogens within weeks, but need 2 years for full reconditioning as your brain physically remodels and stress hormones normalize. Your nervous system takes 2-4 weeks for initial stabilization, 3-6 months for improved vagal tone, and 1-2 years to reprogram anxiety responses. Your mitochondria (energy factories) recover fastest - noticeable improvement in 2-4 weeks, and major function returned in 2-3 months with proper support. Your immune system takes 1-3 months to begin reducing inflammation, 6-12 months to calm brain inflammation, and 18-24 months for complete balance. The #1 recovery killer? Impatience. I kept my burnout going by always pushing through, exercising harder, working more. Your body knows how to heal - you just need to create the right conditions and give it time.

people always say, "why is your syndra build so weird"? (mandate + stormsurge + shadowflame + cryptbloom) it's so that I can go around 1shotting people like the lobby admin IN CHALLENGER while still having haste/speed for fights, without EVER having to rely on my teammates to make plays. with tier 3 sorcs buff next patch, my build will be even more OP. don't buy disgusting rocketbelt / blackfire for "more rotations" or "mobility" when you can get the job done in 1 rotation with so much mpen that you deal true damage. and if your enemies manage to survive, your 2nd rotation is still up super fast with mandate and they can't play the game. FULL BUILD ORDER: your first 2 items are ALWAYS imperial mandate and stormsurge, with sorcerer's shoes. The purchase order depends on matchup. can 1shot: go stormsurge first, with a faerie charm to proc JoaT can't 1shot: go mandate first for more E's. prioritize 3 amp tombs and faerie charm for mana / jack. 3rd item: always shadowflame. 4th item: cryptbloom default. You deal true damage to every1 in the game with this purchase, or VERY close to it. 4th item alternative: seeker's armguard -> cryptbloom, or upgrade to zhonya's if needed (vs zed, fizz, qiyana, etc.) 5th item: deathcap/zhonyas/banshees. Final Item Insight: if you bought zhonya's or banshees, chances are you don't have Deathcap in your build. Honestly, i make it this far in like 1% of games, because my build is EXTREMELY good at closing games out. But if this happens to you, just sell shadowflame or stormsurge for deathcap when you can afford it. I prefer to keep stormsurge if i need movespeed, otherwise if I have flash/ghost then I sell stormsurge and keep shadowflame. Alternatively, if you are GIGA rich, you can sell your boots for deathcap (you need summs or else u are too slow). Another possibility is selling mandate for Cosmic Drive for speed/durability, so your build could look like: DCAP, Shadowflame, Stormsurge, Cosmic Drive, Zhonyas, Cryptbloom (no boots) RUNES: In 90% of games, go Comet, Manaflow, Transcendence, Scorch, with Cashback, Jack of all Trades. Your first 2 items are cheap, getting full utilization of Cashback ASAP. In 10% of games, vs unkillable matchups (yasuo, ekko, galio, any tank), go First Strike, Cashback, Triple Tonic, Jack of All Trades, Manaflow, Transcendence. EXPERT RUNES: Swap out manaflow band for Axiom Arcanist. You need to be VERY good at mana management to take this greedy option. When you deal true damage, 12% increased R damage is A LOT. And I have noticed this rune singlehandedly get me kills and win me games I had no business winning where my team was 5-10k gold down, just because you can transcend Syndra's damage limits and 1v9. And no, I NEVER go oom after mandate is purchased since that's when your passive starts refunding a ton of mana. But before mandate, you might go oom if you use too many abilities without getting a Splinter stack out of it. Syndra is uniquely able to go this build because she has mana sustain, whereas every other mage doesn't. Abuse for free LP.
