those aren't my bases, this is a multiplayer server, i build my bases in completely stupid locations, like this one (work in progress) i couldn't decide if i wanted to build on the sky islands or on the ocean so i did both at the same time

Ok, my mind is blown with Replit Agents. I started using it because I was bored on a train ride a couple of days ago. So today I tried to build a Trello clone and build a fully functional app in like 45 mins. I showed it to a few people in the office and the guy is like "I should quit my job." He built a stock tracking app in 2 mins and added a few features he wanted. I can't imagine the world being the same in 10 years if software writing could be supercharged like this. Replit has really hit it out of the park. I don't need ChatGPT now. I'll just build apps in Replit. I'm a fan and a convert.

It happened again. This time in the middle of my drive. Screens turned off and I expected them to turn back on but they never did… Here’s a longer video for those curious. Yes I did a full reset (just like last time) but nada. Not sure if this is a vehicle hardware issue or software related issue (or something else) Regardless, I would like to show people my real experience this will be last time I post about this 😂

My last base in Valheim (vanilla survival multiplayer). The story behind this is that the seed had the largest swamp I ever saw, so I just decided to build there and came up with the idea for a tree fort. Looking forward to the next base this playthrough.

I take the cash & build these. That way I don’t have to go through process of construction loans & bank inspections on progress. I either keep them as rentals or sell them. With zero debt on my new builds it gives me a massive influx of cash when they sell (or massive monthly income if I keep them as vacation rentals). They take me about 6-8 months to build one and often I’ll have multiple going at the same time.

It's ok to feel lonely during this time of year. I think it's possible to feel so much love and gratitude and at the same time feel the longing for things you've always wanted. I'm sure there will be moments this year when I wish I had "someone" or my own kiddos. In those moments I'll acknowledge and then refocus on my immense gratitude.
