Peter Obi's heroic welcome at Dan Ulasi's birthday today. This is what the MC said in Igbo. The man that is supposed to be our president but somehow it didn't work out. The man that left money for us when he was leaving office. What got my attention was the second statement; "The man that left money for us when he was leaving office". Whenever Peter Obi says go and verify, he actually means go to the people I governed in Anambra and ask them questions. He means go to main market, go to the streets of Anambra state and ask those who witnessed my government. They will give you the result. Obi believes that the people should give the result and rightfully so. You can see that the people of Anambra always remember what Obi did as governor. What the MC said shows it. Anambra people know what he did for them and they can't forget. That's why in any election in Anambra state that Peter Obi himself is on the ballot, he will always get almost 100% as far as that election is free and fair. Peter Obi himself on the ballot as the main candidate has never lost any election in Anambra state and even in Nigeria because we all know he actually won the 2023 elections. It's like those dancers don't know Obi very well🤷😂 😂. Peter Obi will rather pay their school fees to any level than dash them 1,000 naira.

This was Peter Obi in 2017 campaigning for Oseloka Obaze in Ihiala, Anambra state. During this campaign, Peter Obi said some things that are very remarkable. 1. He recognised the works that Chris Ngige, the governor before him did. Obi never dismissed Ngige instead he recognised his achievements before mentioning the ones he (Peter) did. 2. Peter Obi was not campaigning based on promises, instead as a former governor, he was campaigning based on what he did for them. He took time to mention the roads, schools, hospitals etc which he built or renovated for them. This is exactly, how to campaign for a second term or as a former governor or president. You don't campaign on promises but on your performance. Tinubu and APC, take note. 3. One striking thing here is that Peter Obi was at Ihiala while telling them what he did for them.
