The cop was already going to arrest her, anyhow. Signing the paper had nothing to do with it. He just wanted her to incriminate herself before he arrested her. NEVER answer any question from any officer. Your only response should be, "I will not answer any questions, officer."

Every time I see these videos they always make a call while saying they aren’t resisting. Like someone on the other end of the phone can magically save them from getting arrested.

Amazing that they are ALWAYS not doin' nuffin and are as innocent as a newborn baby. It is good of her to clarify that she is not under arrest as well, I'm sure that will stand up well in court.
