Bus driver dies from gunshot wounds after robbery on Buffelsdraai Road, KZN A bus driver from Verulam, KZN, has died in hospital after being shot during a robbery on Buffelsdraai Road this morning. Four suspects, posing as passengers, shot the driver in the arm and abdomen while the bus was in motion. The bus crashed into vegetation, and the suspects stole cash and valuables from around 20 passengers before fleeing on foot. The critically injured driver was rushed to the hospital but succumbed to his injuries. Authorities has launched a search for the suspects, who are still at large.

The school bus driver, who was previously assumed to have been "removed", was simply removed from his position at THAT particular school, but NOT removed from his position as a school bus driver for the company he works for. He’s still driving kids around.
