Shame On u cred I am a Regular User of cred upi And Credit card bill payment but Last time I recieved Very Bad Experience for that Payment I charged 2200 Rs shame on U cred

I am surprised I had raised a concern about my order on the 19th of Sept and CRED doesn't have ETA to close my issue. Multiple times I asked the cred representative over call, chat, email and Twitter but not received a single update. Ticket number -: #21819300
