no but beomgyu really suits a mystery show so well i’m so happy he got to be a part of one 🥹 people usually know him for his loud/playful self (and we LOVE that), but also one of my favorite things about him is how incredibly smart and reliable he is whenever strategy or deduction is involved and that’s so attractive. he’s really observant, asks such clever and thoughtful questions (like we saw in the pixid impostor game), notices details that others might miss, and knows how to read the room. and i remember how he even would go viral in shows like sumbakkokjil or to-do’s better watch out because of how calm, reserved, and strategic he was. he REALLY locks in and i love getting seeing this more analytical side of him. i’m really looking forward to seeing more people appreciate this side of him too 🥹

i know everyone is furious at fan xiao after what he did to you shulang in this episode, but hear me out - his actions, while absolutely painful and unfair to shulang, aren’t coming from simple cruelty. fan xiao hurts the people closest to him because he genuinely doesn’t know how to handle closeness without turning it into control. to him, vulnerability is danger, affection is leverage, and letting someone in feels like placing a knife in their hand and hoping they won’t stab him. so yes, what he did to you shulang was harsh, selfish, and emotionally devastating. but it wasn’t about punishing him, it was about protecting himself. he lashes out because he’s terrified of losing control, terrified of being exposed, terrified of caring too much. and shulang, by simply existing in his life, became the one person who could hurt him the most, so he struck first. it doesn’t excuse him. but it does explain him. #ToMyShore #ToMyShoreEp8 #FanXiao

A photo of Junbeom and Suho. Two theories: 1. Junbeom is really Junbeom, and the one who died in Syria was his friend Suho. Since Seolah was Suho’s gf, he would’ve talked about her to Junbeom. And his last wish was for Junbeom to protect her. But he knows Suho died because of Seolah (really?), so he probably approached her at first with revenge in mind. But the show is called SIREN’S KISS, so he might end up falling for her. 2. The one who died in Syria was actually Junbeom. The real Suho didn’t die, got plastic surgery to look like Junbeom, and came back as Junbeom. (If it’s this one… the writer and director really went crazy with this👏🏻respect🧎🏻‍♀️) Seolah thought the auction was her first time meeting Junbeom, but from what he says, it really doesn’t feel like that at all. This is what this young man does for fun. Here he is hopping over the counter at McDonald’s and going and scooping up some fries with his bare hands and piling them into his mouth. Acting like a complete fool. His buddies laugh and then he runs out. Every single person, even all the black people, said there is nothing funny whatsoever about this. That it is just giving the fatigue factor more attention. They even suggested that McDonald’s close their dining room. 💯 Many questioned why would anyone think this is funny? Where is this guys parents? Even though he is older, can you imagine his parents seeing him do this? There will be no consequences. The cops probably won’t even be called and even if they were, what are they going to do? Ticket him? He will get away with it and then it is on to the next place to do something stupid again. The lack of respect and morals is so tiring. No wonder people complain about fatigue, even black people. What’s the answer to all this? How do we get this stopped?
