Have you noticed that overthinking is always associated with negative thoughts? We never say “I have too much gratitude, too much encouragement, too much hope.” It’s always on the negative side. Negative thoughts create clutter which leads to feeling disconnected, divided and anxious. The answer is to know these truths: 1. Love casts out fear. So focus on love and fear will dissipate. 2. Feed yourself with optimism and positive belief. 3. You are not the thoughts you think. You are the thoughts you believe.
