thoughts on bridget GGST 2.0

all the general DP changes hit her so hard and she just has so much recovery on all of her specials now, it sucks so bad. all she got was the stupid no yo-yo roll that does literally nothing except turn her into a giant hurtbox 😭

I get that they wanted to make DPs less oppressive but I feel like they went way too far, Bridget is just the most egregious

Off topic but nago’s dp should be an actual reversal. There are so many characters who have mix, damage, and more and still get reversals. Why not him?

Her DP is so bad now. I understand the intention behind ksmh minus at all ranges on block. But the by-product is that she can't do the _>5H-H and then ksmh up to the opponent's face to do meaty 5cs anymore. Why not do it like Elphelt's 214k and keep the recovery when whiff?

I can never feel TOO bad about a character whose turns are measured in calendar years, but DP leaving you like -15 and on counter state if you hit them from even moderately far sure is a choice.
