Uma coisa que eu não entendo e não foi falado no vídeo: Se os problemas de comportamento já vinham acontecendo com o Boal antes do primeiro split, por que liberaram o Xyno para a Loud? E se não vinham acontecendo, por que kickaram ele tão rápido? Outra coisa, você realmente acha que o Kaiwing tem perfomado tão bem ou entendi algo errado? Entendo a questão do contrato dele, que deve ser gigante, mas ele até agora tem perfomado muito abaixo do esperado para um jogador do nível dele.

How you guys will maintain the Academy team? How are you recruiting young talent to develop on tier 2? The bigger mistake to me is not on the cblol team but on the academy team, if you dont have the talent to sell or to promote the player from tier 2 to tier 1 then its a mistake.

Honestly, a lot of our academy players had tier 1 opportunities, it was close to closing deals. I think teams made a mistake not taking them, and we were really helpful in the entire process. When things didn’t work out, it didn’t make sense to leave them to other tier 2 teams and potentially spoil well developed players. They were also realistic substitute players. AD was harder, our first name was Duhduhh, and I competed in kings lendas to do scouting. After him, I decided to do a high risk high return play and honestly I’m happy with Buero right now.

One of the only critcism about your work in MY OPINION is the "lack of trust" on young talents like whats happened to Xyno, how he was not good enough to us but good enough to Loud? "Ah but we had Boal", well but you as a coach was wrong on evaluating the talent in this case.

survival of the fittest the community is talking about how the old guard are not around anymore. yeah, cause the new guard is more passionate and work harder, they arent burnt out chovy plays/studies game 16~18 hrs day. Brazilians always will have MORE value than imports because you're limited to two imports. tier 2 is still alive and well
