One of the most disgraceful finishes in boxing history. I never call anything rigged, but that was damn close. Feel bad for Rico, who deserved to finish the fight.

Not to mention that usyk landed what, 6 or 7 punches AFTER the bell!?? Extremely shameful how this went down. One of the biggest nights in boxing turned out to be a simple theft.

Terrible stoppage. Rico is the King of Kickboxing for more than a decade. You let a king go out on his shield. He deserved to fight that last round.

Verhoeven fought the fight of his life. And got denied both the chance to win and to go out on his shield, as this long-reigning champion deserved. He was ahead on the scorecards. Usyk needed a KO/TKO to pull it out of the fire. Bad bad stoppage.

It was embarrassing to hear the commentators silence themselves after a 2 second genuine reaction, they remembered who’s paying the bills. This wasn’t just a fraudulent robbery, it was a disgraceful moment for DAZN. Selling the next fight in the ring, was just embarrassing.
