#KeytothePhoenixHeart - Interview about first impressions at #FangsofFortune Q: “You two already knew each other before filming Kttph. You first met while working on Fof, right?” 🐈‍⬛: “That’s right, that’s right. We were both demons.” Q: “How did you feel when you found out you’d be working together again on Kttph?” 🐟: “I was really happy! And really honored!” 🐈‍⬛: “That’s such a PR answer. You’re sounding way too official, you can’t do that. You have to give your real thoughts here.” 🐟: “Okay, okay. I really was happy and Zuo Ye laoshi kept telling me that ge is a great person! 🐈‍⬛: “Wait, they want you to talk about me. What does Zuo Ye have to do with this? He’s probably sneezing next door right now.” 🐟: “Because my first impression of you actually came from what he told me. Then after we worked together, I thought, ‘not bad!’” Q: “So Zuo Ye laoshi laid some groundwork for you beforehand?” 🐟: “Yeah. Back during Fof, my first impression when I saw him was that he was really skinny, had really big eyes, and was very handsome. But I remember we didn’t really talk much because we were both acting in relatively serious, more reserved scenes. Then, after getting to know him, I realized he’s genuinely a very good person. Yeah, and I learned a lot from him, too.” 🐈‍⬛: “Don’t be nervous, don’t be nervous. Take your time. Gather your thoughts and speak slowly, it’s okay.” 🐟: “When we were acting together, he’d help me come up with ideas for Jiayu, ways to better express the character. Because Jiayu herself is a very straightforward person. But if you overthink how she should say something or deliberately try to shape it a certain way, it actually goes against who she is as a character.“ #HouMinghao #XiaoWuyi #AiMi

BAEKHYUN REVERIE DOT ENCORE DAY 3 🐶: Since this is the final concert, I kept hearing people say, ‘Baekhyun is definitely going to cry.’ And honestly… I don’t like seeing Baekhyun cry because it hurts my heart…but at the same time, I kind of wanted to see it. But I don’t know why… the tears just won’t come. Why am I smiling like this? What is this? I really don’t know why. I think it’s just not time for me to cry yet. Maybe it’s not the moment. It feels like I still have a long road ahead, and when everything is more perfectly put together, that’s when I’ll cry properly in front of you. So when that day comes and I cry really hard, please don’t dislike me for it, okay? While being active, a lot of things have happened, but even going through all of that, I realized I wasn’t crying in front of you. I think it’s because I wanted to be a stronger, more reliable support for you. I want you to think, ‘No matter what happens, Baekhyun doesn’t waver. We worry about him, but he’s really strong.’ That’s the kind of thing I like hearing the most. And I’ll continue to be that person. I’ll work even harder and protect you all. So you can cry, you can come into my arms, and I’ll always be here, arms wide open, like a scarecrow… well, maybe not a scarecrow…like a cool mannequin. I’ll always be standing right here. (jokingly) Whenever you’re tired, lean on me. Okay? Don’t be disappointed that I didn’t cry today. To be honest, maybe it’s because of the instrumental, but I held back tears about three times already. Why are you crying? Don’t cry. My parents are here today too! if they saw me cry, it would probably break their hearts, because they know how hard I’ve worked. I love you.

Ángel Di María on Jorge Messi’s Passing Interviewer 🗣️: Ángel, you’ve known Leo and his family for so many years. What went through your mind when you heard about Jorge? Di María 🗣️: Honestly… I don't even know what to say. When someone loses their father, there are no words that can really make the pain disappear. And when it's Leo… it hurts even more because I've seen how much his family means to him. People see Messi the footballer. They see the trophies, the goals, the World Cups. But I’ve seen Leo the person. I've seen him when things were difficult, when the whole world was against him. And Jorge was always there. Interviewer 🗣️: What kind of person was Jorge to you? Di María 🗣️: He was Leo's father before anything else. And that's what I remember most. He didn't care about the Ballon d'Ors or the records. He cared about his son being okay. (pauses, visibly emotional) I remember so many moments when Leo was under incredible pressure, and somehow… his family gave him a place where he could just be Leo. That's something you don't understand until you lose it. Interviewer 🗣️: What would you say to Leo right now? Di María 🗣️: I'd tell him to forget football for a while. Forget everything. Forget the trophies. Forget the expectations. Forget what people want from you. Just go home. Sit with your family. Hug your children. Hug your mother. Remember your father. Because football will always be there. Your father won't. Interviewer🗣️: Do you think Jorge would be proud of Leo? Di María 🗣️: (smiles through tears) Proud? I think he would be incredibly proud. But you know what I think? I don't think Jorge's proudest moment was when Leo lifted the World Cup. I think it was every time he saw his son come home and be a good father, a good husband, a good person. That's what matters when everything else disappears. Interviewer 🗣️: If you could speak to Jorge one last time, what would you tell him? Di María 🗣️: I'd say… "Thank you for always being there for Leo." We all know what Messi gave to football. But Jorge gave something even more important. He gave Leo the strength to keep going when football became too heavy. And now, when Leo looks up and doesn't see him anymore… I hope he remembers that his father's love doesn't disappear. It stays with you. Forever. (Di María pauses, wipes his eyes and looks down.) Di María : And Leo… if you're watching this, don't try to be strong all the time. You're allowed to miss your dad. You're allowed to cry. You're allowed to feel broken. You've spent your whole life making millions of people happy. Now it's time to take care of yourself. Your friends are here. Your family is here. And your father's love will always be with you.

"So the easiest thing that I want everyone listening [to do], whether you have one follower or a hundred followers, is to reject inclusive language. Every time media, social media, Hollywood, any of these legacy, left-wing legacy media, when they tell you you can't say something, that is your sign to say that. Whatever they say you can't say, say more of it. Whatever they say you can't bring that up, bring that up more. What you cannot do is to acquiesce. Because once they can control your thoughts, they can control your words and they control your words. They control your habits and your character. And if you're sick of all the things that you're seeing, it starts with you. It starts with your mind. And that's the best advice I can give because that's training your mind to make courage a habit. Reject inclusive language, guard your empathy. And when you do that and you say what they say you can't say or shouldn't say, and you say it anyway, then you've trained your brain to make courage a habit. Once you take that path you will never go back, meaning that if you make courage a habit and you start speaking truth and you start going, I don't care what anybody calls me, call me a racist bigot. It means nothing to me. You might as well say I have like three eyes. It doesn't mean anything to me. If you get to that point, then you'll never go back to self-silencing yourself. If you can overcome that then you're you're on your way to helping make it make a change in this country." Alvin Lui of Courage Is A Habit 💪 🔗
