It could also be argued that it is a cultural/language thing. I also find Tswana/Sotho/Pedi homes more welcoming compared to Nguni homes I have been to.

Naye she’s been a makoti in many households.

🤔funny enough tswana & sotho are always trying to accommodate when it comes to communication even if speak broken xhosa but they will try to talk to you in your language hence alot of tswana& sotho know different languages but Zulus & Xhosa will never and they are welcoming 🤔
