You're spot on my sister. I attended a high school with strict rules; for instance, girls couldn't braid their hair except during holidays. Surprisingly, this enforced discipline effectively. Now, in clubs, it's hard to tell a 25-year-old from a 15-year-old due to their similar lifestyles.

My sister doesn't realize that most of those mothers she's referring to are products of a side chick mentality, they were raised to think and behave like one so it's a norm that is being escalated to the current generation.

I agree 100% with her. Young girls need to be taught that they are beautiful without makeup . Another pandemic we have is peer pressure. It's one topic that needs to be discussed at homes and school.

Growing up n even now I hate to hear some1 saying during our days blah blah,ur days are gone. But to want kids today to live in ur age it's wrong, N I also hated elders who wanted us to live life like in their times. It's not in the makeup or wig it's values u r taught at home.

You have valid points mam, but We grew up around mothers who thought they clocked this parenting thing and thought they were raising angels, their kids turned somehow. Lets Stop parenting other parents, each to its own 👍🏿
