NEW: The Chicago Tribune claims that more than 100,000 protesters showed up to the 'No Kings' protest in Chicago. The protest was one of 2500 demonstrations across the country. I'm surprised that 'King Trump' allowed all these protests to take place.

An immigration operation in Los Angeles involving ICE agents led to dozens of arrests on Friday, which spurred large-scale and tense protests throughout the city. According to an ICE spokesperson, as many as 118 arrests have been made in L.A. this week, which includes 44 in those operations on Friday. Protests eventually centered around the Federal Building in downtown L.A. after word spread among demonstrators that detainees were allegedly being held in that building. The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department confirmed on Saturday that another protest erupted in the city of Paramount after it appeared that federal law enforcement officers were conducting another operation. In a post to X, Secretary of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Kristi Noem told protesters that they "will not stop" or "slow down" ICE.
