While early morning crowds at the EDSA People Power Monument are visibly smaller than Tuesday’s turnout, organizers expect a massive influx of participants later in the day. Several rallyists spent the night camping at the site. Unlike yesterday’s unauthorized assembly, the INC has secured a formal rally permit for today from the Quezon City government.
