Las Vegas, NV (1-year ago) Zoox co-founder Jesse Levinson said that Tesla will not have unsupervised drives in a year and they are not close as ‘they don’t have a technology that works’ and ‘ We don’t have the technology (as a society) that can take cameras, feed them into a system, and drive safely’. Sounds like Jesse believes that cars just can’t be smart enough. When we look at some of the recent videos of Zoox in Las Vegas… he’s certainly trying to prove the point.
