I want to preface this with the following: I know that streaming in public is going to cause passersby to be curious, ask what you're doing, or even ask to be on camera. I am not opposed to this, and I understand that filming in public is opening myself up to situations like this. But I also try to be low-key and keep others out of frame while I am doing my IRL streams. I try to make it clear that I am not trying to be a "spectacle" type of IRL stream. Now for the context of this clip. I was IRL streaming at the mall and was being followed and harassed by a group of about 6 teenagers the entire time I was there. In this clip, you can hear them screaming because they knew I was coming and they wanted to cause a scene. You can also hear them yelling at me saying "let me be on your twitch". They then proceeded to hunt me down the rest of the time I was at the mall. I've been IRL streaming for three years and this week I have experienced more harassment from people (exclusively teenagers) than I have in the past three years combined. I understand that a lot of kids are being exposed to live streaming, and it's probably exciting to them to see a streamer in the wild, but when did kids become so rude and demanding? I know I'm an adult and they're just kids, but it's still unnerving to be followed and yelled at by a group of people regardless of their age.

Brian still spends over two hours a day on recruiting and personally hires the top 200 people at Airbnb. I loved this idea of being in the flow of talent to find the best people: "Don't do searches. Build pipelines. I try to map out all the best people in the Valley. So let's say I need to hire really good engineers. I don't do searches. I just informationally meet the best engineers in the world. Every meeting, the job is to get the next meeting, meet someone else. The mistake people make when they hire. They go, "I need to hire a blank." So they hire a search firm. They give you 50 profiles, and you pick the best one. That is the wrong way to do it. The best way to do it is pipeline recruiting. You're constantly recruiting, you're constantly meeting people. in advance of searches. And all of it is referral based. The two ways to find out if people are good – is to start with the results and work backwards to the people. Find an ad you like and figure out who made that ad. Start with the results. Work backwards to people. Don't start with the resume. The other thing to do is just keep asking people to build your Rolodex. My kids can be finicky when it comes to food, but my problem is with me. I don’t want them to be without so what ends up happening is if they like something, I will stock up on it. This is why I have two mega boxes of slim Jims in my pantry, this is why I have 4 Costco size boxes of Welch’s fruit snacks and so on. I have yet to find a healthy compromise when it comes to keeping a decent amount of the foods they like in stock. They change their mind too much and when they stop eating it the food expires so I have to throw it away. Almost like clockwork right after I threw it away, they ask for it again. I definitely know how it feels to try to make sure the kids have things they want to eat but with them changing their minds so much, that makes it quite challenging and I really don’t have a viable solution except to run to the store every time they want something. What do you do in this situation? I am willing to try anything at this point to avoid the waste of food and money.

This High School baseball coach sounds like has his hands full. I feel for him. He kicked this senior off the baseball team. Listen to the senior laugh and then try to degrade the coach. When asked why he was kicked off he said the reason was they took him out of the game (for who knows what) and they didn’t speak to him about it. So, he got on his phone in the dugout and was texting with his mom telling her to not bother to come to the game. Everyone knows you aren’t to be on your phone in high school during a game. Just by listening to the student and also the fact the coach had an officer present, I can tell what I already need to know. Sounds like the coach is trying to turn a program around. Do you think the coach made the right decision? Context is everything I know, but listening to him, can’t you kind of gather what the issue is?
