Looks good but sadly I won’t be flying Emirates again 🥲 I booked a flight on the A380 from BHX and paid over 6 months ago, you changed my flight twice in one week ruining my holiday and then charged me £500 for cancelling. I lost £500 but Dubai has lost well over 20x that amount. I’ve informed the Atlantis Royal that I had to cancel my booking because of you.

Yeah, but you are still stuck with old loud and nasty 777s. And those new ones won't be arriving next year either. Add more A350s, win the crowds back

Like a shoe store advertising discounts, then at the store you get to buy either the left piece or the right piece, but not the full pair at the price. Partner miles that book isolated legs but cannot produce usable journey are not a real benefit, just deceptive marketing

1/3 @emirates @EmiratesSupport Skywards partner network marketing is disgracefully misleading. Advertise partner awards, then refuse to ticket connecting partner flights together, even with same airline like JAL, forcing customers onto separate, unprotected tckts. Bait-n-switch.

3/3 This supposed partner benefit is practically unusable for a real trip. Stop selling a “global partner network” when your system cannot ticket a basic connection. Fix it—or disclose the limitation prominently before customers commit money and loyalty.
