I was talking to a fellow yesterday who works at a local Home Hardware and he’s given up hope of ever owning a home. He is just under 30 When I was 30, I was about to pay off my lovely house on the side of Grouse Mountain in North Vancouver. We paid the mortgage off in 4 years
