Not for everyone, but if you’re looking for the extreme for muscle mass… It’s too dangerous?? I’ve only heard this from people who’ve not ever even tried the low rep approach, and I’m confident they didn’t try it my way and here is why One of the very first things I noticed when I made the change to low reps sets, I stopped having shoulder impingement. No more elbow tendonitis and other chronic injuries from overuse We can thank Wollf’s Law and Davis’s Law Wolff’s Law states that bone tissue remodels and strengthens itself in response to the mechanical stresses and loads placed upon it. Davis’s Law states that soft tissues (like ligaments, tendons, and fascia) adapt by lengthening or shortening based on the sustained stresses or positions they are held in over time. The fitness industry is full of examples of crab mentality. Crab mentality is the attitude where people in a group try to pull down or sabotage anyone who is trying to improve or escape or problem solve, like crabs in a bucket pulling each other back down.

FROM INBOX | Hello Crimewatch....I want to raise awareness on what people are going through at Showgrounds when looking for transport. It looks like some buses and mahwindi have sort the violent way to get passengers. So I was with my husband and our 3 month old son looking for transport to go to Ngezi. We ultimately wanted the bus that went straight to Ngezi or anything that was leaving Showgrounds immediately. The three in these videos started following us and at first i tried to just walk away claiming i needed water. We tol them we dont need a bus and were waiting for someone. One of them pulled me while I was carrying my baby in a baby carrier when we were close to a bus called Hwenje. They started getting violent with my husband threatening to hit him. One even picked up a stone threatening to fight him. One of the men then 'hit' the other to which the other who had gathered started shouting at him for hitting 'staff yebus' In my mind the safest option was to jump into the nearby bus which left my husband no choice other than to follow. After i had seated, i noticed they were doing the same thing to many others who will be forced to get into the bus seeking 'safety'. The older woman in the other video when she got in the bus one of those three men was shouting that he wanted to 'beat' her achiti 'ngavabude mother avo ndiri kuda nezvavo' . I later realized they were rather friendly with the bus conductor and that was how the bus was loading. People are being traumatized by these people. What sort of company sits down and says our marketing startegy is installing the 'fear of God' in potential passengers? Hwenjez Tours! Hills I will die on as someone who has coached high school football for over 29 years: 1. If you are not PASSIONATE about blessing, serving, and empowering those you are blessed to coach, this profession is not for you. 2. As much as we need to know our trade, getting to know (and to love), our players is far more important. 3. This is an INTENSE game, and it’ll never be “just a game”, but it IS a game. Remember that when you’re with your team, and more importantly, remember that when you’re with your family. 4. Just as we teach our athletes to “leave things better than they found them”, we need to leave our athletes better than they were when they first entered into our program. Never let a day pass without pouring into each and every individual. 5. Life is complicated enough, let’s not complicate the game in such a way that we take the joy of it away from others. In other words… Keep it simple. 6. Our words carry little (or NO), value, if we don’t practice what we preach. WE as coaches should be learning and growing each and every day, just as we expect our athletes to. 7. As much as we all want to win those championship rings for our athletes, make sure you don’t lose your wedding ring in the process. 8. The athlete that may be “difficult to reach/teach” (the one who may get on your last nerve more than you could ever imagine), is someone’s EVERYTHING. Get to know them as human beings, find out what motivates them, and do everything you can to help them to thrive. 9. Be where your feet are. Don’t fall into the trap of chasing logos and thinking that a higher division, a bigger school, or going from HS to college, or even college to the pros, is going to be more rewarding or fulfilling. 10. The legacy you leave as a coach will never be determined by your wins and losses, but by the lives you were able to change for the better!

The future of housework just leaked on GitHub and nobody is talking about it. knox byte just open sourced a framework that coordinates swarms of Unitree G1 humanoid robots to clean your entire house on their own. It's called ARGOS. You tell it "clean the bedroom" in plain English and 2+ G1 robots split the room into zones, sweep in parallel, and sync up for the tasks that need four hands like making the bed or moving furniture. The Claude API decomposes your sentence into a task graph. An auction system makes every robot bid on every task based on distance, battery, and current load. The cheapest robot wins. Cooperative jobs go to the cheapest team. Here's what makes this different from every demo video Boston Dynamics keeps teasing: → 12 cleaning tasks baked in sweeping, mopping, wiping, vacuuming, taking out trash, making the bed, changing sheets, moving furniture, sorting items → 3 policy architectures running underneath OpenVLA-7B for language tasks, Diffusion Policy for floor coverage, ACT for dexterous bimanual work → Train it on your own footage record yourself cleaning, run one command, it extracts poses, builds a LeRobot dataset, and LoRA fine-tunes the policy → PEFA protocol for cooperative work Propose, Execute, Feedback, Adjust. 2. Teasers / MV / Live presentations We believe all the content should include all members. Not some content, but all of it. We see some people excusing the exclusion of Lee Know in some content because "he will appear in other content", we don't understand why he would be excluded out of any content when the group includes 8 members. There isn't an excuse for this to happen all the time. We will only talk about recent releases and God's Menu to not make this even longer. a) Gods Menu - A title track where they gave him zero lines and screen time (song that they continue to sing, so the company could have made a redistribution of the lines). b) Megaverse - They gave him lines in the initial release, but then they cut his part to 3 seconds, and decided to delete his center part leaving him with half of a line. c) Hall Of Fame - Every live presentation they would cut Lee Know on his own part recording from below all of the other members and only listening to Lee Know's voice without being able to look at him. d) S-Class - They stopped recording the kick he does and instead they record the other members, Lee Know sings there. e) JJAM - When it was dance racha time, Lee Know got almost no time, during the life presentation the moment he goes to the center he says his line "I know..." and while he says it, the screen gets black, so he doesn't have that time on screen, later he is placed at the back covered during the dance break. He is the dance leader. f) Walkin on Water' - During the live presentation, they decided to record everyone on his part, and cut it from his own fancam. g) Recent teasers - He was completely excluded from the first teaser and only included in the second one, he got no solo recording on the MV like the other members. h) Giant - There is a part on the video where all the members are shown, Lee Know is covered and the lights are lowered where he is, making him invisible. During the live presentation, they record other members on his part, they put the dance focus on others, being the only part he has where he sings alone. i) YOUTH - After the release of the MV, the company decided to edit the video causing views to freeze and deleting a very important part where it thanked the people involved. The time from when the video was finished to when it was published was enough to arrange all the details, and the part deleted was so big, it was impossible to miss it. This happened before with his other individual work “Dawn”, which was deleted after some time, and re-uploaded, deleting all the views it had accumulated. This means one of two things, the company puts less interest and effort in Lee Know's work, or the company is purposefully hindering Lee Know's work. Either of the two is unacceptable by a company with so many resources and that claims to be a leader in the industry. This only shows a lack of professionalism and care. j) Dance leader - We know he is the dance leader, and K-stays and the members have talked a lot about how involved he is and how hard he works in that position, but the company refuses to include any footage of him doing it, and even cuts the parts where he gives his all. Just recently K-Stays were raving about how hard Lee Know worked as the dance leader and how much effort it took, One Label cut all of that footage from the Talker. It appears they don't want stays to look at anything he does, or to not give him recognition for anything.

Hello Midnight🅓🅡🅔🅐🅜🅔🅡 let me quickly share from my perspective as well~ 1. During Food Support, there are so many boxes coming. Not only come for JoongDunk or staff, but from all cast fanbases as well. So it’s really important to differentiate each box clearly to avoid confusion. There are a lot of time, Artist/Staff don’t have decent time to eat so they need to grab the food fast so it’s actually what’s advised- minimizing human error. (You can see other Artist are also putting their stickers individually). I know it maybe everyone’s first time in sending food support, it’s shocking and hectic at the same time. So i understand the frustration as you only want to rely support for both. So what i can advise you, you can add on SHARE BOX. There you can send message for Staff or even Dunk (if you send from JOT, sorry it was written in Thai for staff Summer Night at that time) 2. Each of fanbase is given the rights to send food support and to avoid unnecessary food waste, it’s not advised to send for both from one fanbase all the time. There are many times, since Joong and Dunk appreciate fans food support but cant finish them and they have to bring it home (Joong’s mom sometimes share about this or sometimes i saw managers bring their food support box to their cars). But not all the time, they can bring it home, right? Especially if the shooting take the whole day. Other than our food supporty, there are also food provide from other fanbase and also mandatory provided from the company. So always try to discuss with official~ If somehow you are looking for sending both JoongDunk, i advised sending Food Truck instead (if possible, though the cue is as rare as gem). Usually Food Truck is advised to send as CP Project (that’s at least from what i experience from THK) >> Since we have so many cast during DYTD, let’s wait for official consideration. Feel free to join whenever your heart is happy~ 3. I hope this doesn’t discourage you in doing anything for JoongDunk. Your concern is matter and thank you for advising it. Looking for the perfect holiday gift for your baby? How about a “face book?” I’ve written often about how much infants love the faces of their loved ones. Indeed, we’re biologically driven from birth to distinguish - and study - the faces that matter most. That’s because, as infants, the faces of our primary caregivers teach us lessons about everything from our safety to how language works. Whenever I’m discouraged, I’ll remember that ~4,000 Christian women from across the country gathered to be challenged by Biblical truth, bolstered by earnest worship, & buoyed by Christian friendship. No fluff. No emotional manipulation. None of the superficial stuff so many Christian women are fed. Every speaker went full throttle in telling these women - with gentleness and love - what is good, right, and true about God, sin, holiness, sexuality, femininity, abortion, motherhood, marriage, and so much more. All of the messages I’ve received from attendees have been incredibly meaningful, but this one sums up the consensus nicely: “Walked out of there with ZERO fear of man.” Praise God! That has nothing to do with me or anyone else. It’s just the Holy Spirit doing what He does. And He was with us yesterday. It was palpable. Whenever I’m asked about my audience, I always tell people that they’re the kind of women you’d want to babysit your kids. Just the best people. Kind, grounded, thoughtful, wise. So many moms and babies were there. This message meant so much to me: “We couldn't stop talking about how many babies were there and how amazing the space was set up for nursing and pumping. It was so different than any other women's event when it came to those accommodations and how welcomed the sweet little babies were.” And this one: “Someone held my fussy baby for me so l could listen to worship. Never met them, but the sweetest lady. I was so thankful.” Women came alone and left with best friends. Others wept while they worshiped and were held and prayed for by the strangers next to and behind them. God is kind, and He is up to good things. If you only look to the news or X to tell you what’s going on, you might miss the biggest and best things happening. I’ll tell you this: God’s eternal plan of redemption is going off without a hitch, and He’s going to win in the end. Soli Deo Gloria!

The level of corruption and malice happening at JKIA parking by KAA officers is out of this world. Yesterday, an officer directed me where to park and demanded that I squeeze a little bit so that another car could fit. As we were busy removing our bags, the KAA officers clamped the car, insisting that I had parked wrongly by crossing the painted line. I pointed out the traffic officer who had insisted that I park that way, only for the officer to disappear into thin air. The KAA officer then insisted that I either bribe him KSh 4,000 or go to their office and part ways with a KSh 6,000 fine. The cab guys who were there called me and told me, “Bro, hao watu wamezoea kutega hivyo. Walipe tu badala ya maneno mingi.” At that point, I knew this was pure malice. I decided to first take my yellow yellow damsel to catch her flight, then came back few minutes later. The KAA guy approached me, and this time, the bribe had miraculously reduced to KSh 3,000. I asked them where their office was, went there, and paid the KSh 6,000 fine through the government platform. Everyone was looking at me with Sanpanku eyes & one even had the audacity to ask me why I didn't settle things with the guys at the parking lot. These guys needs to be stopped coz they even harassed innocent tourists. As for me, I’d rather pay the fine than being oppressed by my fellow Walala Hoii,, kiino sana. Ata wangeitisha hongo ya thao Moja ama mbili, thao tatu kwani me ni mama yao. The guy on camera is the goon in charge of bribe operation.

Learning is something you and your baby do together. You can think of the process as happening in three distinct stages, during which skills are transferred gradually from you to your little one: During the first stage, your baby is observing the behavior and skills of others. During the second, they begin to emulate these behaviors - and can find success with the support of a helpful adult (you) or more expert peer (often a sibling). And gradually they internalize these skills and perform them all by themselves. This video is a great example of the shared second phase. Infants explore the world with their mouths. But an important lesson of toddlerhood is that some things are for putting in our mouths, while others are not. This little one knows that we don’t eat the Play-Doh. But it sure is tempting! Watch as he breaks off a piece and brings it to his mouth. As he does his eyes lift and he realizes that Mom is watching - which alone prompts some introspection. He grins broadly, shakes his head and exclaims “No, no, no” - using Mom’s past words to affirm his decision to place the Play-Doh back on the table. Left to his own devices, who knows? But together, without exchanging a word, he managed to make the right choice. As a parent it’s important to remember the key role you play in the learning process. Dead Space 4 is probably not going to happen, even though the series has a big and loyal fan base that really loves the games. Chuck Beaver, a writer and producer on the first three Dead Space games, explained the reason on a recent podcast by sharing the simple business truth that “The numbers just aren’t there” to make another game. The 2023 remake sold about two million copies, but EA saw it as a disappointment because they wanted much higher sales. The older games sold about the same amount. Beaver noted that years ago a new Dead Space game needed around five million sales to continue, yet today, with much higher production costs, that number has jumped to 10 or 15 million copies. He called pure single-player horror games “a dinosaur fossil” in the game industry now because big companies prefer live-service games that keep making money for a long time. He added, “It’s disappointing that we can’t take a beloved franchise to its logical end but… I understand the numbers.” Glen Schofield, who helped create the series, recently pitched Dead Space 4 to EA with a plan to reuse assets from the remake and save the company 30 to 40 million dollars, but EA still said no. For now the series is on hold as the team has moved on to other projects

gm, so a bit of a look ahead for BRAINROT COMMUNITY BUILDING > TRIALS > BURNS this weekend we launched the discord, working on the community API(CPI) for community members to start building whatever they want. Looking to launch the CPI early this week. working on the next big release which will be the agentic trials. each token gets trialled by a team of agents and receives metadata tags as a result. Trials will be replayable and viewable for every token. The metadata will serve a function when burning (more on that later) after the trials we will launch THE LAB which will be a place where you can manage your burns and modifying your remaining BRAINROTS after burns. This period right now is for building the community, and accumulating BRAINROTS. I have been talking about a few of these things in our private channels at greater depth, and will talk more about them in the near future. The plan for BRAINROT is to have the community have agency, choice and an active role in shaping the collection through burns, modifications and re-rolls. These will unlock new body types, new fashion and new accessory types and even more diversity into the collection. There will also be an option for creating legendaries which are custom designed either by me or an artist of your choice where possible. These will come at a great cost in burns though. It's been amazing seeing this community starting to grow, and if you have been on the outside looking in, don't worry, you are still very early, there is so much more to come. join us and rot your brains.

Dagknight technical progress As would be mentioned in a still unshared post by Michael Sutton, the dagknight effort is split into v0 devnet, v1 testnet and v2 mainnet candidate. I’ve been testing the current v0-based implementation in a small devnet with the help of some testers who run nodes and miners with me. The DK work can be thought of as split into two parts: (1) implementing the actual protocol and (2) wiring it up and using it. The testing and development over the last month has been focused on (2). Obviously, DK is a consensus change for selecting parents. What’s not so obvious is that such a change affects DAA, coinbase, IBD, pruning and a lot more. Each of these areas is very sensitive and requires proper understanding to wire correctly. An important consideration and difference from GD is that DK does not focus on maximizing a property like blue work. So to maintain topological properties of blue work, an independent (free) GD implementation is kept running specifically for maintaining blue work. This allows us to keep using the property for topology. Coloring and blue score use the megachain induced by DK. The wiring around DK as of this posting is in a working state, but still needs to be reviewed. Next efforts will be focused on protocol specific components, particularly Tie-Breaking and incremental UMC. Attached are some captures from the internal devnet. The dense DAG image is what happens when things related to DAA or other similar consensus parameter causes a node to insist on their POV. The video is a recent snippet of the KGI running on the devnet showing (perhaps not obviously) DK at work. The current “dagknight” branch is now posted on the main repo. On This Day: The fall of the Valkyrie June 9 1966: The 2nd prototype of the North American XB-70 Valkyrie [62-02070] collides with an F-104 Starfighter over California (US). Of the three aboard both planes, only the XB-70´s pilot survives, with his co-pilot and the fighter pilot perishing. Incident occurred during a photoshoot while in close formation. Enquiry stated the F-104´s pilot was in a position where he was unable to safely distance from XB-70 (more details from the ASN Entry below) The XB-70 was a Mach 3 bomber developed in the 50s. Developments in missile technology made the concept obsolete, leading to its cancellation in 1961. At the time of the crash, the two prototypes that had been built were being used for research. The USAF summary report of the accident investigation stated that, given the position of the F-104 relative to the XB-70, the F-104 pilot would not have been able to see the XB-70's wing, except by uncomfortably looking back over his left shoulder. The report said that Walker, piloting the F-104, likely maintained his position by looking at the fuselage of the XB-70, forward of his position. The F-104 was estimated to be 70 ft (21 m) to the side of, and 10 ft (3 m) below, the fuselage of the XB-70. The report concluded that from that position, without appropriate sight cues, Walker was unable to properly perceive his motion relative to the Valkyrie, leading to his aircraft drifting into contact with the XB-70's wing”

GUYS!!! Quit feeling bummed about Niantic destroying our global communities and the constant screw ups with events / features that end in terrible compensation!!!!!! The team has been working on groundbreaking user experience updates 😀🙂😐 Anyway, since we're on the topic can we discuss other ideas that would actually improve UXP significantly compared to reorganizing the research tab that most of us have probably gotten used to by now anyway and that didn't have an explicitly negative impact on playing the game? Lol 1. This is an obvious one. I mean, they did a whole upgrade to the research tab and couldn't be bothered to include the ONE LINE OF CODE that ALREADY EXISTS IN THEIR FILES to make the BATTLE PASS REWARDS COLLAPSIBLE???????? Come on lol 2. An update to navigating within gyms would be nice :) i attached a video of me trying to feed berries and no matter what or how I clicked or swiped I could not get to that gdamn accelgor 🫠 can we have some ARROWS at the sides of the screen so we can actually get to each pokemon efficiently?! 3. Similar to #2, except with the friends list. When scrolling left and right through friends (as in, not in the list view) the scrolling function itself is not smoothe and it's too easy to accidentally press the trade or battle screen and get caught there for a sec. Frustrating little experience, could be easily fixed with arrows on the screen. 4. While we're on the topic of friends, let us see if we've interacted with a friend from their avatar screen and not just in list view from the blue aura around the avi's face :) In the grand scheme of everything Niantic does wrong with the game, these are... MINISCULE issues 🙂 but since they're apparently into focusing on UXP updates, instead of, like, making sure events and features run smoothly and players are properly compensated when they don't, it would be nice to get updates that actually fix some negative / inefficient aspects of navigating through the game 🙂 rather than an aesthetics tweak lol 🙂
