Well these are not a must, but depends on the workplace. A bad person is a bad person and a good person is a good person. Don't let your work status stop you from a getting a friend. Friends are important mentally. Remember that.

Most good friendship stem from some form of an institution (work being one of them). So I don't fully agree with this. But in same breath I know people have been shown flames by colleagues who they thought were their friends. People must just use discernment.

I wish this can be shared with the Millennials, they get in companies like it's their father's businesses. I wonder where did we go wrong😢
