Three primary school pupils who reportedly went for vacation classes were allegedly picked up by an unknown private car while heading home, sparking concern in the community. A man identified as Malick reportedly stepped in to intervene and question what was happening, but was allegedly shot during the confrontation.

Vacation is vacation. Let these children rest, relax, and play. It certainly won’t make them unintelligent. These kids already go to school from Monday to Friday, attend classes on Saturdays, and are now expected to attend vacation classes as well. Why? At the end of the day, their parents may turn around and feel that they have been scammed. Let’s allow these children to enjoy their vacation, spend time at home, play, and come back to school refreshed and ready to learn.
