Three summers. Three years of smoke-filled skies. Zero accountability from Canada. They love to lecture America on climate change, but they can’t control the wildfires polluting our air and threatening Michigan families. As Governor, I’ll put Michigan first, demand answers, and push Canada to take real action.

Last year the US had 77,850 wildfires burning 5.1 million acres, Right now fires in Northern Minnesota have spread across the border into Ontario, spreading smoke from both fires across the border. Stop being a stupid American !

As governor you have little to no say on international politics. Nice try at looking important i guess.

Guy who wants to be Michigan's governor comes across as a moron. Pretends he doesn't have a clue how prevailing winds work. Guess what? Canadians are in the middle of it.

The “Wildfires” in Canada only became a “thing” since the radical left liberal party of Canada took power in 2015… Every summer since then has been smoke filled … Works great for the “Climate Change” Globalist agenda and all the brainwashed Canadians who believe their Propaganda.

I have lived here all my life, and now we have issues. It's 100% of neglect on Canada's part. If they can't control their fires, they need to ask for help. It's bs that our summers are ruined because they don't step up and handle it.

Hey John, how about you go fuck yourself you ignorant prick. You think we wanted lightning to strike and start a fire? You think we want our homes and forests burned down. Clearly not. When your country is burning (often) we send water bombers and firefighters. So STFU moron.

As governor, would you at least write a strongly worded letter?

Yes this is bad and we are paying for their problems. We should not be suffering because of another country.

A. We have forest fires in Minnesota, Wisconsin, the Dakotas and more that are also contributing. B. This is why people smarter than you are trying to create/promote cleaner energy.

Do you not think Canadians would put a stop to the 800+ wildfires polluting our air & devastating our forests if we could? Here's what we're dealing with. PS: We don't love to lecture Americans on climate change.

There was never Canada smoke billowing into NJ until 2922ish. Media tried to sell it like it happened every year. No. It. Did. Not. They're letting it burn to claim climate crisis

So what’s the plan, John? Is Trump sending everyone to Canada with rakes to clean up the forest floor? 😂 Smoke doesn’t stop at the border, and neither do wildfires. Real leadership requires solutions, not another blame game campaign ad.

Profilbild von MountainDogMa

Awesome! Come on up and tell us how it’s done, sir! Start with how we’re going to “rake the leaves” (Trump’s solution) of 1 MILLION SQUARE MILES, most of which are inaccessible, of forests we have here. Would love to spitball your ideas on how to change the drought conditions we’ve been under for more than a decade in many parts of our country. Also interested your specific proposals on preventing lightening strikes that start the majority of these fires. And finally, we would definitely welcome your proposed solution as to where to start with our current wildfires, you know, since quite a bit of our country is already on fire. Please be specific.

Right, how embarrassing is this Prime Minister? Constant CO2 blah blah blah climate change. $283 billion spent on indigenous priorities, not a water bomber purchased. One would think Canada would be excellent at putting out these fires. Number one priority.

Hey JOHN who does AMERICA rely on when they have wildfires?? CANADA. Canadian water bombers to be exact.

Profilbild von @NorthernPride🇨🇦

The lack of humanity coming from Americans regarding the wildfires here in Ontario is disappointing but sadly not shocking. When it happens to them, we send water planes & our own firefighters. When it happens to our land & our people, they sneer & turn their backs. #neighbours

Tell us in Canada how you would solve forest fires that start in dry, hot conditions and smoke that travels by wind. You sound like a very powerful person who can control climate. This is very exciting news.

So 3 years, and nothing has changed. Got it. I can't even go outside now it's so bad. What are you going to do? Same as Whitmer, nothing. This has been going on for years, and the only time we hear anything from you people is election time. Please just stop. Nothing will be done, as usual.

You dumb fuck. What accountability? The water bombers and firefighters we send every year when the US has fires? Do you want us to tarrif the smoke? You are obviously as dumb as a stone, so a perfect fit for Trump the child rapist’s governemnt…

Profilbild von Toronto Resporter

Wow. That is epic levels of gaslighting. As if we in Canada have the power to change the world’s climate on our own. Or do you actually think if we control our share that our country is directly impacted in correlation to our investment? Either way, SUPER dumb stuff here.
