There should be a clause in your advice, you came in with a full funded scholarship. Some students don’t have all their tuition fees, they don’t have money for £500 a month rent. Don’t start with trying to get ILR. Pension Schemes are not optional it’s mandatory from the govt.

This woman is smart smart. All sound advice, above all her best advice is getting on the property ladder early and not going for your dream house immediately. Many people delay because they want to buy their dream house as their first home.

Agreed with 1 and 3 but disagree with 2. UK, US Canada, and other developed countries are credit-based country, wht makes better sense is using those credit cards properly to build better credit score and history which one can leverage in the future.
