@mollycrabapple Molly speaks truth. There is no tech manifest destiny. No logical endpoint. Silicon Valley has poured a lot of money into making the public feel helpless. They have sugarcoated this passivity, conflating it with freedom. Don’t accept it. We have more power than we imagine.

@mollycrabapple Please support laws that require TRUTH IN LABELING. NPC "art" (more commonly called AI) should contain non-erasable metadata which identifies it as machine created. It should be illegal to sell, publish, or present artworks wo full disclosure.

@mollycrabapple "It's inevitable" mindset is a self full-filing prophecy. The more you believe on it the more it becomes true. Will it be inevitable? Perhaps, but mostly due to our defeatism and negligence.

@mollycrabapple Correct. Only artist are allowed to make good art. People that didn't spend millions of hours practicing art shouldn't be allowed to make good pictures. Bad peasants. They shouldn't even be allowed to think. They should just give artist their hard earned money instead.
