The never ending saga of taking a shower 😂 🐣 Wahh, how am I going to wash up? 🐰 I really don’t want to wash up either 🐣 This is wrapped too. How am I going to unravel it? (his hair) 🐰 I have a solution. When you go to your room… 🐣 You sit on the sofa? Then it’s over. 🐰 No, not the sofa. 🐣 You have to go straight to the bathroom. You go directly to the bathroom with all your clothes on.. 🐰 and then you walk back out? 😂 🐣 If you do that it’s over, you won’t wash for another 2 hours 🐰 So the funny thing is, you have a queen sized bed 🐣 Oh yeah I heard there’s two beds here 🐰 yeah, and then you have a smaller bed, a single. So the single is a place I can lay down on without being clean 🐣 mmmmm. You shouldn’t tell me that… because…. No no, I can’t do that. I need to go straight to the bathroom without even looking to the side. I need to block my view like this🫸👀🫷 🐰 No, you need to look at your periphery 🐣 huh? 🐰You need to look at your periphery or you might fall down 🐣 I can see like this 🫸👀🫷 🐣 So I go straight to the bathroom and I get buck naked. 🐰 buck naked? 😂 🐣 Obviously, since you’re washing up. So you take off all your clothes, you put it away later, and you immediately get water on you and that’s the start. You need to get wet. The most important thing is getting your hair wet. 🐰You don’t remove your eye makeup first? 🐣 After I get wet, I wash my eyes. If I remove my eye makeup first without getting wet I’ll go back out to sit down again 😂 🐰🐣 (proceeds to show how they keep postponing taking a shower because they’re distracted by their phones and how they reprimand themselves) 🐰 The cell phone is scary 🐣 This is why you have to get yourself wet right away, or you have to throw your phone outside the room while you wash up. The cell phone is a problem!

Seedance 2.5 via OpenArt Never going to that gym again something was definitely not right. Prompt: Person from Image1; facial features and hairstyle must match exactly. Ignore the reference outfit, background, pose, and text. She wears a black gym tank top, dark workout leggings, and looks naturally sweaty after training. 9:16 vertical format. 30-second late-night gym psychological horror / found-footage sequence: Ultra-realistic old iPhone 1x standard lens, raw low-quality phone footage, heavy compression and constant digital noise, harsh cool-green fluorescent gym lighting, natural exposure, no cinematic grading. The gym is almost completely empty late at night. Realistic ambient gym sounds, distant machine hum, footsteps, breathing and room echo. 0–6s — Weight training: She is alone in the nearly empty gym doing heavy weightlifting. She performs controlled dumbbell curls and then a heavy shoulder press, visibly struggling and breathing heavily. Sweat builds naturally on her face and arms. She finishes the set, puts the weights down, catches her breath, grabs her phone and heads toward the bathroom. 6–10s — Entering bathroom: She enters the empty gym bathroom, places her phone near the sink, looks exhausted, drinks water and splashes cold water onto her face. She wipes her face and looks into the mirror while recovering. 10–14s — Something appears: While staring at her reflection, a strange dark human-like monster silhouette suddenly appears faintly behind her in the mirror. She doesn't notice it immediately. She looks down, takes a breath, then slowly looks back at the mirror. 14–18s — Fear: The shadowy figure is now noticeably closer behind her. She suddenly notices it and freezes. Her breathing becomes faster. She slowly turns around, but there is nothing behind her. She looks back at the mirror and the creature is still there, even closer. 18–22s — Escape: She gasps in genuine fear, grabs her phone and immediately runs out of the bathroom. Her footsteps echo through the empty gym corridor. She keeps looking behind her while running. 22–26s — Back into the gym: She rushes back into the main gym area, visibly panicked. She quickly looks around the empty gym, then spots her gym bag where she left it. She runs toward it, grabs the bag and hurriedly puts the strap over her shoulder. 26–30s — Final escape: Without stopping, she runs toward the gym exit with her bag. She pushes through the doors and escapes outside. Just before leaving, she briefly looks back toward the dark gym interior. Nothing is visible. She quickly turns and runs away. Freeze mid-run as the footage ends. Maintain realistic skin pores, sweat, flushed skin, damp hair, natural body movement and authentic fear. The monster should be subtle, dark and unsettling rather than an exaggerated CGI creature. Keep the entire sequence visually consistent with raw old-iPhone footage. Audio: Heavy breathing, weights hitting the floor, gym equipment sounds, footsteps, water splashing, bathroom echo, phone handling sounds, door opening, distant nighttime ambience. No music. Negative: No BGM, no dialogue, no text, no readable signage, no beauty filter, no cinematic color grading, no fisheye, no distortion, no vignette, no jump cuts, no scene skipping, no time compression, no exaggerated CGI monster, no gore.

July 14th, 2023, my 11 years old sickel cell son had a surgery that got his spleen and gall bladder removed. I followed him into the theater, and we barely spent 3 minutes they said, he's going to sleep now, and I didn't know when they administered the anesthesia. He just said, "My mom, I want my mom, then closed his eyes.... eh, I was shocked, scared, and startled. I screamed, he's not talking again, they said he's asleep. He appears lifeless within 30 seconds. I sat on the floor, lost, broken, and shattered. They managed to remove me from the theater room. I sat right on the floor at the door and wept. Deep pain, I couldn't explain it. I got to the hospital room, weeping, and the procedure was going to take 6 to 8 hours. I cried the whole time, begging God to please keep him alive. All alone in that room, dejected, broken, alone, and helpless. I put on cityAlight worship songs and continue to cry my cry. They called after 6 hrs to tell me they're almost done. It doesn't feel like 2 hrs. When he came out, he was a completely different boy. Couldn't move his body, the same boy that walked into the hospital. 24hrs later, his bp started rising, and I kept telling them something isn't right. Later that day, i went home to quickly make food, Then, i got a vall that he suddenly developed a seizure and passed away. All the units ran down, doing everything within their power to resuscitate him. My sister called me to inform me, I was lost. I ran from upstairs downstairs to the front of my house weeping. Where will I go from here, I can't bury a child. Brethren drove me down to the hospital. On our way, they were praying, but I was just crying. I kept calling my sister but she didn't pick, then she called the people with me in the car that he's not responding o. While we were almost there, they said he's coming back slowly. He was transferred immediately to ICU, and the whole drama became serious. Now he's awake but in serious pain. On one of the days after Sunday service, we got there, and I met the staff doing an x-ray of his chest, so I went to the screen and I saw a skeleton skull right on his chest. I called one of my brothers who was there and asked him to come see. He said he couldn't see anything, so I saw the skeleton skull again. Then, I told them that the boy is healed. At that point, my brain was awakened. I asked for bowls, I put water, and washed him aggressively, moving his legs, hands, body, while he was screaming and crying.. his bp kept rising. The nurses ran in, and I told them not to worry, that he's fine. After washing, I sat him up, he kept crying, my mom please, I said you're healed my dear. After that, I told my sister who was with him that she should make sure he eats. I came home, and I slept and was calm. Why? Because at that point of revelation, I knew the battle was no longer mine. I rest! The next day, my son was able to sit for two 2 hours straight, and everyone was happy. I told them he's healed. On Tuesday, he sat in a wheelchair and was wheeled to the play room. I kept smiling. By Thursday, he's walking to the toilet by himself. That was how he got back, and he was discharged. I can't measure the amount of pain I had felt in life, but the moment God opened my eyes to see beyond the ordinary, I would just relax and let him work it out. Because it is no longer mine, the Lord reveals the battle he had conquered. Once your eyes are open to see them, they're no more. This is just one out of many wonders of God over my life and my children.

SPRINT RSI! I bet this improves your coaching eye! Questions I am asking about my programs during running rehab. Do our improvement in “switching” transfer to better sprinting? Can I measure that? Do our improvement in strength/power increase PROJECTION (rebound height through minimum yield) Does improvement in calf ankle qualities improve reactivity (low ground time, low yield ankle , good postures) ? Throw back to Aspetar سبيتار On the weekend I shared a snippet of a project I have been running with our rehabbers! We see a great alignment between thigh angular velocity and SPRINT RSI. It’s a a great teaching and training tool to use before and during early running exposure. You get all of the intra /inter-limb sequencing, reflexive patterning and vertical forces whilst not having to deal with large eccentric forces on the hamstrings. The box height is important as a constraint to encourage rebound and height after hitting the floor. The knowledge of results (ground time/height) provides instant feedback, and is really useful for the rehabber to calibrate their execution. I need you guys to take this exercise and run with it. How do your lower limb rehabbers look when executing? Does your coaching, constraints or just exposure have positive impacts on sequencing and outputs? Keen to get your feedback! I did something kind of insane. I just spent millions of dollars on dirt. 231 acres, 45 minutes from my house in DFW. In this post: why I bought it, how I plan to make money on it, and exactly what I paid. Here's the story. A couple years ago my buddy Jeff bought a ranch. And ever since, I've been watching his boys drive out there. Move a bulldozer around. Drive a skid steer. Bring in the cows. Build a burn pile after the storm. I admired that. I feel so strongly that having your kids learn to work hard is one of the best things you can do as a parent. And it's also one of the hardest. I think they're correlated. The harder things you do as a parent are also the most important things you do as a parent. I have four kids. I want them to have opportunities I never had, and I don't want them to be soft. A ranch is the greatest hard work simulator ever invented. Fixing fence in the July heat. Feeding cows when it's 37 degrees. Hauling hay. That will change a kid. It'll build something in a kid that no app ever will. They say business isn't personal. It is personal. This was an emotional decision first. But I'm a capitalist and an entrepreneur, so here's the financial side: DFW is adding 150 to 200,000 people a year, growing north and east. This ranch is 57 miles from downtown Dallas, in the path of growth. Worst case, my family gets a ranch that we love. Best case, the Metroplex crawls to my fence line. We started out looking at 50 to 100 acre parcels. Then I realized something: one day I'll feel stupid for not buying more land at only $10K an acre this close to Dallas. So we went bigger. The ranch wasn't distressed. I still negotiated almost $400K off the list price. Here's how: I uploaded the seller's appraisal to Claude. It caught that their comps were 60 acre parcels and mine is 231, and bigger parcels are worth much less per acre. It picked also apart the whole appraisal, caught a bunch of other stuff, and wrote my negotiation replies. My $20 a month subscription saved me hundreds of thousands of dollars. Another hack: My wife got her real estate license, represented us herself, and gave back 2% of her commission at closing. $50K off. Then I shook the seller's hand and promised this never becomes a neighborhood or a data center. That handshake is one reason he picked me over the developers. Relationships matter. So how am I gonna make money on this? A few of the plays: - The previous owner keeps ranching it on a grazing lease with me. He keeps spraying, mowing, and maintaining the fences. I collect a check. - There's a 2,400 sq ft shop on the property, already rented out. Another check. - Grass-fed beef under the 888 brand. A quarter cow sells for about $1,500 at roughly 40% net margin. And you don't need to own land to do this. ButcherBox doesn't own a single ranch. - A YouTube channel documenting everything. If it gets to a fraction of my main channel's size, it covers the entire ranch payment. Zero ongoing expenses. - Farm stays and campsites. Right next door is a tiny home community doing $17,000 a month on 20 acres. I have 231. - Maybe an Airbnb over the river with a plexiglass floor. Septic near a river is tricky, but everything's figureoutable. - I’ll use my own dozer instead of hiring one. Companies charge $200 to $500 an hour. Used dozers go for $10 to $30K and I’ll hire young guys to operate them and expand the pond for much cheaper. - Ag exemption. Property taxes on a ranch this size would be $45 to $50K a year. Mine are about $1,500. I don't plan to flip this. I'm building a barndominium out there, then eventually a house. I plan to own it for the rest of my life, and hopefully my kids and grandkids after that. What did I pay? $2.35 million. My wife and I got married on 08/08/08. So this is 888 Ranch. Three eights in a row make a great cattle brand. One last thing. If you've ever listened to the podcast, watched a video, or started a business because of something I shared: you are part of the reason I was able to buy this. I mean that. Thank you. I'm documenting all of it on a new YouTube channel, 888 Ranch Your learnings compound just like money does. Come watch mine. 888 Ranch site-- 888 Ranch Youtube --

Come spend a gym day with me 🎥🤍 Created with Seedance 2.5 on FlovaAI Prompt: Create a 60-second realistic day-in-the-life gym vlog following the same young Korean woman in her early twenties from waking up at home, getting ready, going to the gym, working out, and returning home. Overall visual style One continuous handheld front-facing smartphone selfie vlog perspective. She always films herself with the phone in her own hand at arm’s length. No third-person camera, tripod, cinematic camera movements, drones, or external filming. Make everything look like authentic modern smartphone footage: - Natural handheld shake and small framing imperfections - Realistic walking movement and occasional autofocus hunting - Minor exposure changes - Natural front-camera lens distortion - Soft natural morning light indoors and outdoors - Realistic, unfiltered smartphone colors - No beauty filter, skin smoothing, or cinematic color grading - Same face and hair throughout the entire vlog - Natural expressions, movements, and body language - No subtitles, captions, logos, watermarks, or on-screen text - No background music; use only natural diegetic sound 0–10 sec — Waking up She wakes up in her cozy bedroom wearing a cute, loose casual night suit. She grabs her phone from beside the bed and immediately starts filming herself selfie-style. She looks sleepy, messy-haired, and slightly tired, gives a small yawn, stretches, and smiles at the camera. She quietly says: “Good morning… I really don’t feel like going to the gym today.” She gets out of bed and walks toward the bathroom while holding the phone herself. 10–18 sec — Brushing teeth In the bathroom, she films herself in the mirror/selfie view while brushing her teeth. Keep it casual and imperfect, with realistic bathroom ambience and running-water sounds. She briefly looks into the camera with a sleepy expression, then rinses her mouth and smiles. She says: “But I promised myself I’d go, so… let’s do it.” 18–27 sec — Getting ready Quick natural transition back to her bedroom. She changes from her night suit into a stylish but realistic gym outfit: fitted athletic top, high-waisted leggings or comfortable athletic bottoms, clean sneakers, and minimal accessories. Show short selfie moments of her fixing her hair, adjusting her gym outfit, grabbing a water bottle and gym bag. She looks into the phone and says: “Okay, now I actually look ready.” 27–35 sec — Going to the gym She leaves home with the phone in her hand. Film brief selfie moments while walking outside and naturally bouncing with her steps. Show quick glimpses of the street, morning traffic, buildings, and her gym bag. She arrives at the gym and turns the phone slightly to show the entrance before bringing it back to her face. Natural street and gym ambience only. 35–52 sec — Workout Inside the gym, she starts with a short warm-up on a treadmill, then moves through a few exercises such as light strength training, squats, dumbbell exercises, and stretching. Keep the camera mostly front-facing and handheld, occasionally tilting naturally toward the equipment before returning to her face. She becomes slightly sweaty and out of breath but stays cheerful. She laughs and says: “Okay… this is harder than I remembered.” She takes a quick drink of water, catches her breath, then gives the camera a satisfied smile and continues her workout. Include realistic sounds of footsteps, treadmill movement, weights clanking, machines, distant conversations, and gym room tone. 52–60 sec — Returning home After finishing her workout, she leaves the gym and walks home. She looks pleasantly exhausted but happy. Cut naturally to her back at home, still holding the phone. She drops her gym bag down, takes a drink of water, relaxes on the couch or bed, and looks into the camera with a tired smile. She gives a small wave and says: “Workout done. I’m exhausted… but I’m glad I went.” She smiles, gives one final sleepy wave, and lowers the phone for a natural ending. Final requirements Keep the entire vlog fast, spontaneous, cozy, and realistic, with natural transitions between locations. The woman must remain visually consistent throughout: same facial identity, same hair, and realistic appearance. Her outfit changes only once, from the casual night suit to the gym outfit. All dialogue must be naturally spoken with visible lip movement. Use only diegetic audio—bedroom ambience, bathroom sounds, footsteps, street noise, gym sounds, water bottle sounds, and home ambience. No music, captions, subtitles, logos, watermarks, or cinematic effects. #Flovaai #Flovacpp

🚨BOMBSHELL: Thomas Massie UNFOLLOWS Diligent Denizen over investigation into Epstein's Zorro Ranch's new owner, Don Huffines: "You're barking up the wrong tree [...] I'm not touching this!" Diligent was investigating Jeffrey Epstein's Zorro Ranch, when he came across a very familiar name: Don Huffines. Huffines ran for TX Governor in 2022, who Massie endorsed, & is currently a candidate for TX Comptroller. Huffines is also is a Rand Paul megadonor & has donated to Massie's campaign in the past, as well. Massie & Huffines are friends. Zorro Ranch, now known as San Rafael Ranch as of 2023, was where a majority of Epstein's trafficking, abuse & experimentations unfolded. It's also said in the files that there were several young girls buried on the property, who died due to the extreme abuse inflicted on them. But for some reason, it was never raided by the FBI after Epstein's arrest. For years prior to his arrest, Epstein was boasting to top scientists that this ranch was being used as a baby factory. The current owner, who purchased this property for some reason, owns HEST (Huffines Enterprises Science & Technology). HEST is an investor in Secretome, a biotech company that uses cardiac cells from the hearts of babies under 30 days old. Interesting. Back to Diligent, he messaged Massie this information, & the way Massie responded was deeply shocking to him: "My jaw hit the floor. The response I got from Massie when I showed him who owned the ranch, made my heart sink to my stomach." He continued, "Because I am [investigating Zorro Ranch's current owner], [Thomas Massie] doesn't even want to be associated with me. He f*cking unfollowed me for covering this story." Now why would someone who is on a very public crusade to get the Epstein Files released, unfollow a journalist for investigating Zorro Ranch & its new owner? You'd think he'd be grateful for the tip. Furthermore, why would Mr. Principles want to discourage a journalist from investigating his friend? As stated earlier in this post, Thomas Massie is a friend of Don Huffines. He endorsed Huffines' Gubernatorial run in 2022 (receipts in the replies), had Massie visit him for a few days in TX in April 2024, & has been a Rand Paul Megadonor for years. Thomas Massie's outrage over Epstein is very selective. His associates & donors get a pass, but anyone else either remotely associated with Trump, or having possible ties to the Super PAC formed to take him down (MAGA KY), is being relentlessly targeted by him. This is all about his campaign. If Massie had nothing to hide, he would have welcomed Diligent's information. Perhaps, put him in touch with Huffines to give his side of the story. Instead, he shut it down by telling Diligent that he's barking up the wrong tree. For someone that says he wants everything out there about the Epstein Files, you'd think he'd want to bark up every single tree for answers, but I guess when someone gives tens of thousands to his best friend, that someone becomes off-limits. Video 1 via ALPHAWARRIOR Video 2 via Diligent's space, chatting with Shadow of Ezra.

Fat Joe says he paid a dangerous friend $30,000 just to stay away from him after getting out of prison Fat Joe: We had one guy we grew up with. This guy was dangerous. Some of these guys we thought were just real guys in the hood. Some of them were serial killers. Fat Joe: One day, we’re four deep in the Jeep, trying to rap to some girls. Then the police come for murder. They throw us on the floor and take us to the precinct. We had no fucking clue what we were in there for. Fat Joe: Then this one guy looks at us and goes, ‘Remember what happened over there? That shit we heard about? The guy got shot in the neck? I won’t be seeing y’all for a while.’ Fat Joe: He knew exactly why they came. We didn’t have a fucking clue. He ended up doing like 15, 20 years. Fat Joe: And every time somebody came back from jail, they’d tell us, ‘Yo, y’all got one. This motherfucker is stabbing everybody in there.’ Fat Joe: Then he finally comes home. By this time, I’m already Fat Joe the rapper. I’m in Jimmy’s Bros Cafe and somebody goes, ‘Joe, look who just came home.’” Fat Joe: I’m like, ‘Man, I heard everything about you. You was putting in that work. Legendary, man.’ Fat Joe: Then I reach in my pocket, pull out like $20,000, $30,000 and say, ‘Yo, here you go. I could never hang out with you in my life.’ Fat Joe: He took the money and said, ‘I understand, Joe. You changed your life. I’ll stay out the way.’ Fat Joe: That’s cool. He went and got shot the fuck up about a week later. Fat Joe: But I knew I couldn’t bring that energy into my life. This dude was a legend in prison. I was like, ‘Yo, I can’t hang out with you. You’re gonna kill the whole Madison Square Garden. I can’t hang out with you.’

People with weak cores struggle to stabilize their bodies when they walk. Every step you take sends a little punch up your leg into your hip and lower back. Planks with one or more support points removed to expose this weakness. Use these 12 exercises to strengthen your core: 1 - Bird-Dog (0:06) 3 x 10/side Beginners start with this exercise because removing two support points with your knees on the floor is easier. The goal is to straighten the opposing arm and leg. A client wobbled when she removed her two support points today, which humbled her. 2 - Front Plank with Leg Lift, Elbows (0:15) 3 x 10/side The second plank involves lifting one leg at a time. Being on your elbows is easier than your straightened arms, so I'll first have people familiarize themselves with this position. Lift your leg as high as you can without swinging too much. Hold at the top for a few seconds to increase the burn. 3 - Front Plank with Arm/Leg Lift, Elbows (0:20) 3 x 10 The third plank resembles the Bird Dog, except your knees are off the floor. Straighten the opposite arm and leg at the same time, and hold. You might struggle to reach a full lengthening, so do your best and practice. Removing one hand off the floor also strengthens your shoulder blade muscles. 4 - Front Rotation Plank, Elbows (0:28) 3 x 10/side The fourth plank engages different abdominal muscles with the rotation. Your arms should point toward the ceiling, something beginners might initially struggle with. 5 - Push-Up Plank (0:34) 3 x 10 The fifth plank is excellent for building upper body strength at home. You are bound to break a sweat and work your chest and triceps. I've had many clients struggle to do more than one rep. 6 - Spider Plank, Elbows (1:01) 3 x 10/side The sixth plank improves your hip mobility as well. You want to open the leg and bring your knee to hip level while keeping in the air. 7 - Lateral Raise Plank (1:09) 3 x 10-20/side The seventh plank is done in a push-up position with your arms straight. There is now more weight on your arms, making it harder to stabilize when you remove a support point. My client tried this variation and had to regress to the Bird Dog because she couldn't support herself. Work your way up to 20 reps/side for extra posture gains. 8 - Toe Taps, Straight Arms (1:22) 3 x 10/side The eight plank has you lifting one leg toward one side and touching the floor with your toes. The contact is brief - You're tapping, not resting. 9 - Mountain Climbers with Twist (1:29) 3 x 10/side The ninth plank is a twist on the classic mountain climbers exercise. You lift one leg and bring it toward the opposite elbow, then repeat on the other side. Increase the speed to add a cardio component, but ensure you can first go through the full range of motion. 10 - Arm/Leg Lift Plank, Straight Arms (1:42) 3 x 10 The tenth plank is the final evolution of the Bird Dog in this series. Straighten your opposite arm and leg, and hold for a few seconds to increase the burn. You can also hold the lengthened position for an extended period, like 30 to 60 seconds. 11 - Plank Jacks (1:54) 3 x 30-60s The eleventh plank is a variation of the classic Jumping Jack. This dynamic exercise adds a cardio component to your core workout. Shuffle both feet toward the side, then jump back to the starting position, Ensure you keep your hips aligned with your head and shoulders. You want to avoid your lower back crashing below them and potentially hurting yourself. 12 - Knee to Elbow Plank, Straight Arms (2:01) 3 x 10/side This series's twelfth and final plank requires the most stability and mobility. Most people are unable to reach their knee to the elbow. Enjoy practicing this one; you will feel stronger after three full sets. // Planks with one or more support points removed are excellent for building a more stable posture when you move. They can be done anywhere with enough space. Progress through the twelve variations in this series and watch how your core strength improves. Enjoy!

12 months ago i was surviving on tuna cans in Dubai this was the disgusting 12m² apartment I got kicked out for unpaid rent today I'm making $62K+/month from AI & live wherever I want in September 2024, i paid $4,000 to flew to Dubai for Hassan Haider's mastermind thinking I'd network for 3 days and go home what happened next was the most unhinged year of my life on day 1 I had a Closer Cartel sales interview at 12 AM Dubai time while staying at Paramount Hotel 1 AM: went to the balcony and met two men in their 40s first time I'd ever talked to actual millionaires they had yachts, showed me pictures with Real Madrid footballers, chain smoking on the top floor bars until 4 AM as a naive kid fresh out of college, i was completely enchanted by these guys they gave me the "sell me this pen" test on the spot - i remember nailing it half drunk lmao they were impressed enough to spend hours with me, showing off their lifestyle, promising rolexes, talking about making me rich after ONE conversation with these strangers, my 21-year-old brain made the most impulsive decision of my life: abandoned my entire US setup to move to Dubai permanently and join them on their venture of 'commodity trading' i thought i'd found my ticket to the top i didn't even attend a single mastermind event I paid $4,000 originally for my parents lost their fucking minds the household was in complete chaos for months thought I was getting scammed by "retarded people" I'd just met the honeymoon phase in dubai lasted exactly 14 days. then reality hit... these "mentors" were complete amateurs one was an alcoholic who'd be supportive one day, then threaten me the next would threaten me over 200 dirhams ($50) convinced me to invest my entire $4,000 net worth in commodity trading told me he had CIA connections who'd "take me down" as a 21-year-old dependent on visa sponsorship, these threats felt like death sentences a year later, still haven't seen that money back spent months trying to broker copper cathode, crude oil, gold deals worth tens of thousands thinking I'd make $50K commissions that would solve everything none of the deals ever closed just endless paperwork leading nowhere we were all inexperienced amateurs pretending to be commodity traders the survival period was insane my relationship w/ the landlord broke down when I couldn't pay rent for 2-3 weeks, i survived on 1-2 cans of tuna daily lost 22 pounds, went from 67kg to 57kg all my credit cards were over limits, all debit accounts negative, rent in dallas was overdue literally "live or die trying" mentality for 3 days couldn't even go back to my place had to go to bars and pick up different women just to have somewhere to sleep one from Iran, one from Eastern Europe, third i don't remember meanwhile i'm still trying everyday to make cash - training people at the gym, doing random gigs for anything get money in yet funnily enough despite being financially broke, i somehow maintained access to exclusive social circles would be invited to private superyachts with 7 millionaires and 30-40 Russian, Ukrainian, Swedish supermodels private mansion parties in Marina Bay the contrast i'd see on a day by day was surreal: one day surviving on tuna cans, next day in the burj khalifa at 3am at a girls place overlooking the business bay, then 4 hours later, i'm in my shoebox room the entire experience in dubai definitely taught me more lessons about life than i ever would watching a podcast or reading a book i learnt that personal energy & charisma matter more than financial status if i could access the highest social circles while being completely broke, then what can i not do? meanwhile, I was working remotely for Ticketmaster with massive timezone conflicts - getting warnings for poor performance daily. I wasn't even showing up to team meetings because I'd fuck off to random establishments to connect with people and try to make something happen if I'd been fired, would've lost my visa status and been permanently unable to return to the US was literally playing with my entire future amidst all this chaos, i did end up making one or two really good friends however the only solace i'd get once in a while was going to the Dubai Mall for hotpot, just having normal fun conversations one of them actually worked for the CIA - he'd have the coolest & most surreal stories, we would often hit the gym together and finally, the turning point came in November 2024 at 2 AM when i discovered a video about AI chatbots with nothing to lose, i built my first chatbot that night started selling basic AI services on Upwork began making real money from AI systems and kept doubling down on it around the start of this year, i returned to the US when AI work generated consistent income and since then, its been only up so yeah there was a fair amount of loneliness during that stint complete uncertainty on a day by day basis. in flight or fight mode pretty much 24/7 constantly thinking where i'm going to get my next 10 AED from but exposing myself to all of that turmoil has definitely given me an edge in business, whether it comes to negotiation, deal-making, seeing through shit, leading people, putting people in their place, etc if you're also chasing any kind of goal/ mission just remember that its never truly over it only is when you convince yourself it is you can always rise from the ashes and have an epic comeback story to tell

I finally took a tour of Ponte City. For years I’ve driven past it, written about it, spoken about it, and used it as a reference point whenever the conversation turns to Johannesburg, urban decay, or the rise and fall of great cities. But I had never actually been inside. Ponte City opened in 1975. 54 storeys. 173 metres tall. For 48 years it held the title of the tallest building in Africa, only losing it to a tower in Egypt that beat it by just a few metres. At its peak, around 1,000 people lived here. At its lowest point, nearly 8,000 people were packed into the building without proper water or electricity, and Ponte was labelled Africa’s first vertical slum. The stories from those years sound unreal. Entire floors used as brothels. Trash piled up inside the hollow core to the 14th floor. It took three years to remove the waste, and over twenty bodies were found during the clean up. Trucks couldn’t reach the site, so workers carried everything out by hand. Since 2014, the internal windows have been welded shut to stop people throwing rubbish into the centre. The building was refurbished before the 2010 World Cup, and today around 2,000 people live there. When I arrived for the tour, my guide warned me not to panic if I heard a loud bang. Residents sometimes throw nappies or trash out of the windows. Not exactly the welcome you expect when entering one of the most famous residential towers in Africa. And yet, walking inside, I was surprised. Biometric access, 24-hour security and over 480 cameras monitoring the building. Just past the turnstiles was a box full of house keys on the floor. A simple system so school kids can collect their keys and go home if their parents are still at work. We went up to what used to be one of the penthouse suites. Today it’s a shared entertainment space for residents. Baby showers, birthdays, after-work gatherings. The view from the top is incredible, and also a little heartbreaking. In the 1990s, this exact penthouse could be rented for about R800 a month. Four bedrooms, two lounges, sauna, jacuzzi, braai area, fully furnished. From there we went to the community centre, where volunteers help children with homework after school. Downstairs, there’s convenience retail for residents. Fruit and veg shop, takeaway, butcher, tailor, pizza place. A small ecosystem keeping the building alive. Then we went to the centre - Ponte’s famous hollow core. Built on a slope, the circular design made structural sense, but standing there feels like standing inside a monument to everything that went wrong in the Johannesburg CBD. Cold metal stairs, dark concrete and echoes bouncing up fifty floors. And then, a bang. Someone threw a full bag of rubbish into the middle of the core while we were standing there. My guide didn’t even flinch. “They clean every day,” he said. That moment was really profound. Because you can install cameras, weld windows shut and hire security. But if people don’t respect the place they live in, nothing really changes. Standing inside Ponte feels symbolic of what happened to Johannesburg. A city that was once ambitious, modern, proud. Then hollowed out by neglect, mismanagement, and people who stopped believing the space belonged to them. And yet, Ponte refuses to die. The building recently went up for auction. It’s still unsold, which tells you someone believes there’s even more value left in it. The tour ended in the underground parking with rows of cars - some working, some abandoned, some stripped down to nothing but shells. Ponte is not just a story about urban decay. It’s a story about what happens when a city loses control and what it takes to build that control back. And walking out of Ponte that day, I couldn’t stop thinking that Johannesburg and Ponte City have something in common. Both were once symbols of possibility and both went through years that nearly broke them. Yet, both are still standing, waiting to see if the people inside are ready to rebuild again.

Ten Takeaways From 10/21/25 ONE) NBA on NBC Hello, friends. Welcome to the 2025-26 NBA season. It’s been a minute, hasn’t it? A whole lot has changed since we last spoke. We were reintroduced to the NBA on NBC. Can’t believe it’s been almost 25 years, but here we are again. They absolutely crushed it after having some early audio difficulties. I get how cliché it is, but I seriously got chills once “Roundball Rock” started playing. Thought Carmelo Anthony, Vince Carter, and Tracy McGrady had contagious energy in the pre-game coverage. The graphics are clean and straightforward. Really like the team fouls tracking in the score bug—just a very pleasant experience. Looking forward to the “Prime” experience. God, can’t believe it costs $650 to watch basketball now. We need to talk about the MJ segment, though. If you’ve been living under a rock, NBC shocked the world and somehow convinced Michael Jordan to sign on as a “special contributor”. “Insights to Excellence” is sadly everything I thought it would be… nothing. He wasn’t in the studio or anything. Looked like some pre-recorded interview with Mike Tirico from who knows when at his house, talking about why he’s come out of hiding. The thing lasted about three and a half minutes. “To pay it forward. I had the obligation to basketball.” - MJ on the decision to join NBC Okay Mike. Hoping for some actual insight in future recordings. TWO) Champs Are Here OKC received their rings and raised their banner before the game. Vibes were immaculate. Dillon Jones was even in attendance. Good thing the Wizards waived him just in time for him to make his flight. Rockets weren’t having it, though. Ime Udoka said that they didn’t watch the ceremony and were instead focused on trying to ruin their night. Kevin Durant came out for warmups to loud boos, and so he booed them back. Everyone laughed. Meanwhile, Steven Adams still gets loud cheers because, well, who doesn’t love Steven Adams? It was a rough go-around for all Thunder not named Chet Holmgren (28 points, 11-17 FG) to start, especially SGA. He had just five points at the half on 40.0% shooting (2-5 FG), but you can only contain the league and Finals MVP for so long. He scored 24 of his 35 points in the 4th quarter and overtimes. What’s up with the four missed free throws (10-14 FT)? "I'm glad the guys enjoyed the ceremony. That's a great, great life event they had." - Mark Daigneault "It was surreal. I don't know how to describe it besides that. Seeing the banner raised was cool too... I'll remember it for the rest of my life." - SGA on the pregame ceremony THREE) Thunder Starters One of the more critical questions going into Opening Night was, “Who’s the 5th Thunder starter?” as we wait for JDub’s wrist to get right. SGA, Dort, Chet, and IHart felt obvious. Between Alex Caruso, Aaron Wiggins, and Cason Wallace, I leaned Cason mainly because of the bigger picture. Didn’t make sense to start Alex after managing him all last year, but then he started in every preseason game he played. Had to give that some sort of credit (and we did). Well, they ended up doing what they did a lot last year: change it up midway. Wallace started, and then Caruso started the second half… for Hartenstein. Here we go again. Cason’s playmaking looks improved. Daigneault went 11 deep (!!!) in the first quarter. Rookie, Brooks Barnhizer was the fourth sub off the bench, played about two minutes, and was never seen again. Part of that reason is Ajay Mitchell, who checked in after him (for Shai). There’s been some buzz, going back to his standout Summer League (19.8 ppg, 5.3 apg, 4.8 rpg, 1.5 spg). He scored 12 of his 16 points in the second quarter. “Not surprised. He was playing like this before he got hurt last year.” - Mark Daigneault on Ajay Mitchell FOUR) Jumbo Lineup It’s not much of a surprise to see Udoka start with the Steven Adams/Alperen Sengun pairing after how dominant they looked at the end of last season (+29.9 net rating, 162 minutes)—especially given the matchup, with Holmgren and Hartenstein on the other side. The real shocker is how much they leaned into it. Alpi and Adams shared the court for over 30 minutes (+8). LIKE WTF?!!! This was Adams' first time touching 37 minutes since November 9, 2022. They did just sign him to a three-year extension. You’d think they might wanna be careful with their investment. The average height of this Rockets' starting lineup is 6'10 (Thompson, Durant, Smith, Sengun, Adams), LMAO FIVE) Alpi Dominance Continues Maybe what Sengun was doing at EuroBasket 2025 (21.6 ppg, 10.1 rpg, 6.6 apg, 1.0 spg, and 1.1 bpg) translates over? Not gonna lie, I certainly had my doubts, but no… he’s looking just as dominant (I know, one game). Alperen Sengun vs Thunder: 39 PTS 11 REB 7 AST 2 STL 5-8 3P (career-high) 10-11 FT 27.7% USG Yeah, I see it too. Second time in his career, he’s attempted eight threes. Dude averaged 1.2 attempts per game last year. The hitch in his shot appears to be gone, so hey, this could be real (doubt it). All I know is that if it is, it’ll do wonders for his ceiling on sites that reward threes (DK). Also, going 10 of 11 from the line is something worth paying attention to. He was a 69.2% free-throw shooter last season. On the flip side, Amen Thompson (18 pts, 4 reb, 5 ast) had seven attempts from behind the arc and missed them all. Sucks, but his shot still looks flat. There’s no lift. While we’re here on Thompson, he had to leave the game late because of cramps. SIX) The Reed Conundrum I’ll give Reed Sheppard (9 pts, 4 ast, 37.9% TS, 28 min) this; he’s a confident motherfucker, and I love that about him (in a cute way). It’s hilarious how many times he looked off KD in this game. He’s gonna have stretches where he’s feeling it and looks automatic, but is it really gonna be worth it if his defense looks this dreadful? He can’t stay in front of anyone. The Thunder hunted and won that matchup with ease all night. Amen getting cramped up in OT1 really salvaged his minutes, cause I didn’t think he was gonna see the court again. Again, I know it’s only one game, but a couple more performances like this and things could get ugly. SEVEN) KD Gets Away With One Or should that say gets away with none? Kevin Durant (23 points, 9 rebounds) made his Rockets debut, and there’re gonna be two things you take away from it. Why’d you trade for him again? He was pretty much non-existent when they needed him most down the stretch, with a 12.5 USG% in both OT’s. There shouldn’t have been a second overtime. KD was clearly seen calling for a timeout after a rebound with about a second left on the clock. The problem is, they didn’t have any–He Webber’d it. He should have been T’d up, giving the Thunder a free throw to potentially end the game. Zarba and his buddies even got together to talk it over once the buzzer sounded, but did nothing. Strange, but luckily, it didn’t end up mattering much since OKC won in the second overtime. “Kevin definitely called timeout 3 times… They just missed it.” - SGA The Thunder beat the Rockets 125-124. EIGHT) Kuminga Starts Gallagher and I both felt pretty confident (sounds so stupid saying that with Kerr) that had Mosey Moody been available for this one, he would have been named the fifth starter, but his calf’s still bothering him. Steve Kerr decided to start Jonathan Kuminga (17 points, 9 rebounds, 6 assists, 33 minutes) instead, rewarding him for a strong preseason. There might be some more rewards coming because, whew, this is exactly what they’ve been wanting to see from him for the last couple of years, especially the boards. You wouldn’t know it from looking at Luka’s box score, but JK did about as well as you could defending him; he made his threes (4-6 3PT) and consistently found the open man. I’m gonna go ahead and guess that he starts again against Denver on Thursday Let the showcasing begin. “When you ask for opportunity, you must deliver. He’s been very vocal about his opportunity and he delivered.” - Draymond Green on Jonathan Kuminga “I just wanna help JK be great… We’ve been kickin' it. Hanging out. Watching film and just working on our game together. I know how great he wants to be and how great he can be.” - Jimmy Butler on mentoring Jonathan Kuminga NINE) Jimmy Being Jimmy One of the funnier moments of the night came post-game, when Jimmy Butler talked about a bet he made with Draymond Green. The wager is that he’ll have a better free-throw percentage than Steph Curry this season. Deadass, hahaha. He admitted that it’s probably a bad bet but I still love that he does this type of shit. Two years ago, he said he was playfully aiming to shoot 50.0% from three. He obviously didn’t hit that mark, but he did shoot a career-best 41.4% that season. If you’re wondering how the bet is looking to start after Game 1: Jimmy Butler: 16-16 FT (100.0%) Steph Curry: 8-8 FT (100.0%) Will keep you updated as the season goes. Jesus, 16 free throw attempts. “No chance.” - Steph Curry when asked if Jimmy Butler has any shot at winning the bet Before we’re done with GS, a shoutout to Will Richard (5 points, 14 minutes). We tease Kerr all the time about playing these randos, but this kid looks like he can actually play. TEN) All Luka and Austin The Lakers are gonna struggle hard while LeBron’s out. They just don’t have any other guys on the team that can create. Luka Doncic (43 points, 10 rebounds, 9 assists, 34.7% USG) and Austin Reaves (26 points, 9 assists, 30.1% USG) scored or assisted on 97 of the Lakers' 109 points. So wild. Marcus Smart (9 points) was the first sub off the bench. As for DeAndre Ayton’s debut (10 points, 6 rebounds, 4 turnovers), let’s just say it didn’t take long for the Lakers’ fan base to turn on him. Poor guy looked lost out there. "We just started. This is probably the second game we've played together." - Rui Hachimura on what the difference was for the Lakers "The trend I see is that we continue to be a terrible third-quarter team." - JJ Redick The Warriors beat the Lakers 119-109.

$IREN My Earnings Wishlist pt1 Since many have posted their wishlist before me, I will take a different approach, and will just write down anything that I think is likely to happen in the coming 6-12 months, which interests me, and hasn't been talked about yet, or not into much detail. Chapter 1: New Sites IREN has always said they have a >1 GW pipeline. Last year, Dan Roberts said: "And that can be any number above 1GW". More recent communication mentioned "Multi-GW Pipeline", which brings the bare minimum to 2GW, and that's on top of 2.91GW of disclosed, contracted power. Yesterday, Mike Alfred said that the current 200MW deal with $MSFT is a "tiny part" of their total portfolio. He has also made comments like "Just wait until you see the entire pipeline". Also yesterday, we heard Dan mention "Outside of Texas & Globally", for the locations of their other sites. Within my subscriber group, we keep track of the land that is being optioned and bought by $IREN. Amongst these sites, we try to assess which one is the most likely to be a candidate for a connection agreement, and subsequent energization approval. Currently, the interest has shifted outside of Texas, and I believe that's why more recently we have heard the "global" pipeline come back into the picture. This is also why Dan said "Outside of Texas and Globally". Now, I wasn't going to really talk about development sites. And I think your guess is as good as mine, if you would have the information that I have. So I will not be speculating on particular sites. But will give my realistic expectation for these earnings, or at the latest, somewhere in the coming 6-12 months. Because we know that the 2025-2027 window is the most valuable when it comes to Megawatts, and we have some information that indicates a choice will have to be made before the end of this year with regards to a specific new project — I think a general expectation is in order for the wishlist of the earnings of Thursday. Prediction: $IREN's first new project will either be in Asia-Pacific ("Globally"), or in Oklahoma ("Outside of Texas"). Now I promised not to speculate on particular sites, so I will mostly focus on explaining why I think Asia-Pacific is the most likely to be next. Thanks to one of my best $IREN informers, I was notified of a new job listing by a recruiter in Sydney that is specficially looking for commercial jobs. You may be aware of IREN's job listings on HiBob or LinkedIn, but despite there being 93 open positions listed there, it's still not all that they are looking to hire. But lo and behold: there is a new listing at their commercial recruit which mentions the following: Senior Manager, Corporate Development (AI Data centres - Sydney & Vancouver Our client is a global operator in the digital infrastructure sector, developing and managing high-performance computing (HPC) facilities powered by renewable energy. The business owns and operates large-scale data-centre campuses across North America, with active expansion into the Asia-Pacific region. By combining low-cost renewable power with advanced compute infrastructure, the company is helping accelerate the global energy transition and support the next generation of AI and HPC applications. Now it gets even more interesting when we read the job description: We are seeking two commercially focused professionals to lead M&A transactions from origination through execution. Sitting at the intersection of corporate development, project development, and investment execution, these roles will drive complex deals that underpin the company’s global expansion pipeline. End-to-end transaction management: Lead or co-lead M&A processes including initial engagement with counterparties, structuring, due diligence, negotiation of binding documentation, and execution. Financial and risk analysis: Build and review models to evaluate potential returns, sensitivities, and risk exposures across acquisition, partnership, and joint-venture structures. Now, you may remember I made a post last week about IREN's ARS: One interesting paragraph that I didn't talk about yet, was the M&A paragraph: Consider pursuing strategic acquisitions and other value enhancing opportunities We may strategically assess acquisition opportunities where we believe such transactions can accelerate our strategic roadmap through horizontal or vertical integration, expanding capacity, or gaining intellectual property that may help strengthen our competitive advantage. In addition, we may from time to time, seek to dispose of, or monetize, assets where we believe we can receive value from any such disposition, or monetization, that is accretive to the business. Now before I close this topic, and give my final words on the expectations I have for the announcement of a new site, I want to shortly address the McNallie Money interview with Patrick Fleury that was released yesterday. I think it's one thing to be proud of your own customers and partners by calling them "the best in the world", it's also fine if you think that everyone is imitating your "first ever financial engineering". But I think it's not very classy to throw shade on Texas data center companies, especially peers, that have a pipeline, and long standing relationships with T(D)SP's, and have a realistic line of sight to power. Just because there is 200GW of queued capacity, doesn't mean that seasoned operators like $CIFR and $IREN are making things up. I have evidence in my possession that demonstrates that the companies I am invested in that operate in Texas, have all the means and connections to get these new sites energized. But for the sake of this notion that "having all your sites in Texas is a concentration risk", I am happy to reiterate that $IREN has in fact got a pipeline that expands outside of Texas, and most likely will see an announcement in Asia Pacific, or Oklahoma, within the coming 6-12 months. So let's see if we get something tomorrow, or if it will just be some extra power coming to Childress or Canada. But almost 1 year after the announcement of Sweetwater 2 — I am confident that the time is near that we hear from a new site, potentially outside of Texas or globally.
