The case happened on the 6th of September 2023... She followed the protocol... and went about the case the way she was advised... She decided to wait for the case to get over... While Charul was never informed by Celina that she had decided to take any legal recourse in this matter, it would have been better if she had consulted Charul and discussed that this is what she was going to do about this. Charul would have come forward, and they could have taken steps that were in the best interest of Vikrant... The reason for filing the case is that if this was something that was motivated by her genuine concern for her brother, she should have consulted us... But to say that she is not being given information or that his wife is not giving her information, we actually strongly rebut because there are absolutely no such reasons. Charul was going to everybody whom she had a hope would be able to help Vikrant... We have been told that some investigation is in the process for which he is required, and when it is over, we will be able to have a better insight into the disposal of Vikrant." (06.12)

Of course her lawyer accompanied her on CNN to talk about a new lawsuit they were filing. Notice how she said Trump's comment may have been "locker room talk." Trump used that term before. Almost as if she or someone else added that in there to make the story more believable. But a story about Trump is all CNN wanted and that's what they got.
