Both times I saw it there were prop mishaps that Idina took full advantage of for a laugh. On Broadway James tripped on his discarded clothes & Idina used it for a joke. On tour LaChanze walked on w/the chair in the wrong scene then quickly took it off; Idina brought it back out.
