I added my parts to it further on Then as the conversation went ahead, she said that she wanted to sing in Punjabi herself. She was very interested in doing so and was quite adamant Then I thought I am not a writer, how do I write something for her to sing? Then I composed the last part of the song right there. I was really happy that I was able to write for such a big writer who has written for Beyonce as well. I had a lot of fun. It was like our energies were exchanging I sat in the studio for a long time to write the last part in punjabi. Thank you”

Here’s a question for the resistance training experts… Any particular benefit to occasionally doing a large number of sets of the same exercise, such as the 10 sets of 10 dips as I did Friday night? I rarely do a lot of volume, but did notice I got a great pump… And I was so distracted on my last set that I accidentally did 2 extra reps😂
