The macabre relationship between Harrison & Clapton never ceases to amaze me. Clapton stole his wife- wrote a #1 hit about it, & Harrison acts like he didn’t even notice.

there was a series of these in the mid eighties. They were called Cinemax Sessions in the States. They'd pair a legend with (then-) contemporary stars. I recall Les Paul with Eddie Van Halen, Chet Atkins alongside Mark Knopfler and this one. Most were commercially released.

The look on his face, he looks like a school boy. Perkins clearly is his hero.

I miss Rock and Roll and Elvis, the kids today just don't know how great the music was. I can hear it in my head but my ears just don't work as well. Age catches up with us all. Elvis was king of R&R.

Beatles were a country act.

Carl was a fine man. He never let the fame and fortune go to his head. When talking to him he was just another good ole boy from Tn. and raised his family to be the same way. I miss him.
