If that’s accurate, how does it confirm Read’s innocence? The techstream data presented in trial was strongly inculpatory, and would’ve been difficult to fabricate. The primary rebuttal was that the keycycle # couldn’t have been correct. This appears to clear up that ambiguity?

Because they claim that Karen was able to slam into John without enabling the antilock brakes and pointed to their ‘testing’ to prove that they wouldn’t engage…except they actually DID which means Karen never hit the brakes when she accelerated aka never hit John

That doesn’t “prove” perjury. It demonstrates stratus a difference of interpretation. Plus, the District Attorney would need to file perjury charges (and they won’t b/c it’s their witness). P.S- I believe in the presumption of innocence; therefore KR is innocent.

It’s not a difference of interpretation. They presented it as if they did their testing at Key cycle 164. They are fully aware that the key cycle 167 was when they actually did the testing. That is lying on the stand to manipulate evidence.

Troopah Paulie is a weak link. Could easily be flipped. He doesn't want to go to prison. Perjury, in a capital case, is 25 years. Who told him to delete all the exculpatory data, the time data? He didn't do that on his own. Did Proctah tell him, "Look, we know she did it."

Because I had to edit out the parts where Lally paused and I got it as close as I could. Having less than 1 second margin of error doesn’t effect the results because most likely that extra time was either the beginning or the end
