Dear Arabs and Muslims, I just back from Israel, and my life will never be the same. I thought I was going to be met with pure racism, and then came to see that half of Israelis look just like me. I thought I was going to be treated as a terrorist, but I was met with kindness and hospitality. I thought I was going to experience apartheid, but I saw people from different backgrounds co-existing in peace together. I thought I was going to see hatred against Muslims, but I met dozens of Muslims who love Israel and are proud of their country. I thought I was going to meet angry Jews who hate all the goys and want to manipulate them, but I was met by a kind people who are struck by grief and terror. Every street I visited in Jerusalem and Tel Aviv has a story of a terror attack. In every cafe I sat in, I was told ”A Jew was stabbed right here”, and ” A shooting happened on the other side of this street a few months ago.” Throughout this trip, I have been ex-communicated by close-minded friends and family members. But you know what? It was worth it. Because I got to see Israel and experience the truth about the country that I was indoctrinated to hate for myself. I wish that my friends and family members would also be able to visit Israel and see the beauty and hospitality of the country like I did. I was able to swiftly visit Israel because of my Swedish passport – I won’t deny my privileges. But I also have the elusive privilege of humanizing both Israelis and Arabs. I had the greatest privilege of meeting, and seeing and talking to Israelis, whom I had learned to hate since I was a child. I am so happy to have cleansed the hatred out of my soul. I wish that the Muslim and Arab communities could do the same. Nothing good can ever come out of hatred, violence, and terrorism. And now, having been in Israel, I cannot stress enough how much it saddens me that my culture and my people have learned to hate this country and these people. To all the Israelis who have opened their hearts and homes to me and showed me their beautiful country - thank you.

🐿️ i thought it was a great opportunity 🐿️ because i’m someone that really loves music so i thought it was a great opportunity to show my singing to a lot of people 🐿️ when i think of performance venues, i usually perform at music shows and concerts…places where i perform in front of people who like me no matter what so i wanted to give myself a slightly rough and difficult assignment and just as i was thinking that, i heard of this show so i thought it was absolutely perfect 👤 seeing such a handsome person walk these streets makes it look even cooler 👤 it really looks like a painting

🐰 i still remember when we went overseas on tour, taehyun said that his body was sweltering after the concert so he was going to have a ice shower and brought a bunch of ice 🐿️😆😆😆 🐰 he was like “this is refreshing~” and had a lower body bath and the next day he looked like he was dying 🐿️ i got a body ache all over the next day 🐰 i saw him and thought “i shouldn’t have a ice bath”…but i don’t go into cold bath tubs either 🐿️ ah really? 🐰 yeah 🐿️ i like it a lot, it’s really cold but there is a little bit of a mental effect of going in there plus it was really hot so i went in and it was very electrifying in a good way…like i was getting healthier! so i was like “this feels great~” but then…i was like “what’s this? i’m definitely out of the ice but it’s still cold..” 🐰 it wasn’t you feeling like you were getting healthier 🐿️ it wasn’t me feeling like i was getting healthier, it was the virus in my body getting healthier

Thought today was another really good Scottie Scheffler presser but particularly this answer when talking about dealing with the pressure of the career Grand Slam. "It's kind of a funny thing. It's like, yeah, if I win this tournament, that would be amazing, but I think then I show up the next week, and it's like, okay, now Scottie's won the grand slam, he's won all these golf tournaments. Now where do we go from here? So no matter what, I think as a player and as a professional athlete, you're never going to live up to the expectations of people. I think sometimes that's a little bit of the fallacy in our sport is like, if I win the U.S. Open, then I'm going to be satisfied. I've won all the tournaments, and my career is essentially over, and I've accomplished everything I could want to accomplish. But I think the goal posts are always just moved further and further. "For me, would it be a dream to win the U.S. Open? Of course. But at the end of the day, like I -- the grand slam has never been a motivating factor for me. I always just wanted to be the best version of myself, and that got me this far."
