1. He answered the question clearly, that’s he’s not going to fire him. 2. He will maintain the autonomy of the Central Bank. 3. He’ll devolve the powers of the Central Bank so it can focus on its core duties. 4. A clear fiscal policy will create enabling environment for the Governor to discharge his duties effectively (changing the person without changing the system will yield similar results) 5. Joked about his tenure coming to an end indicating that he’ll soon be out of office. Public speakers use analogies like the football field all the time to make their point, so I don’t really see the challenge.
