ALERT: Police tackle Pokémon thieves after they pepper-sprayed and robbed a victim the day prior in California. The San Francisco Police Department tracked down the suspects after they arranged a meet-up at a public playground to buy a man's Pokémon collection. After examining the cards, they pretended to pay him and then pepper-sprayed the victim and ran off. SFPD said they were able to locate the teens using automatic license plate readers. The teens were booked on robbery and conspiracy charges.

If you or me do this, police will hit us black and blue, then and there and lock up in police station. (they will even come after us just for posting this) But this is congress ruled state, they are allowed to break rules, when police catch them - they can argue, they can threaten the police and still get away with it easily. Even if they are caught, appeasement govt and Judiciary will not punish them and their eco-system can get bail very easily. Welcome to the Congress’ appeasement govt.
