Gerry Anderson productions came out with this bad boy a couple of years back and I managed to bag one!😎 I’m hoping to build a Tracy Island diorama I can display it in.

My childhood was poor but the Anderson shows stand out. Those behind these wonderful gems were expert at creating the stories, stunts, and iconic styles; so much went into them, as well as dedication and humour. Lew Grade called the shots and ended T-birds a little prematurely.

Same for me. In fact, every Saturday my best friend and I used to go to the Children's Matinee at the local theatre, and see a double feature. The first feature was usually an episode of Thunderbirds. It looked incredibly impressive on the big screen!

Have introduced my 3 year old grandson to Thunderbirds - loves it. Got him TB 1 2 3. Needless to say TB 2 is his Fav.

There was a couple of really lovely nods to the Thunderbirds launch sequences in Wallace & Gromit with them both on a slide down into the van! 🤣

Utterly bonkers if you overanalyse it but the launch of the Thunderbirds with that music is always a highlight. Still love it.

I love how they made a couple of launch shots last through all of the episodes. The other one has Virgil pretty much being concussed. FAB.

I'm 70 next February and still love Thunderbirds. This version, not the later stuff.

Thunderbird 2 was the best Thunderbird - and my favourite. Yes Thunderbird 1 was quick and always got there first but nothing ever happened until TB2 turned up. FAB.
