Leny Yoro has already returned back on the pitch after spending several months out because of injury. And why is he back and we've not seen Luke Shaw back yet?🤔 That's useless mf needs to be released at the end of the season if this club is really serious to move forward 😒

Going after the people close to Rosie feels kind of harsh. Let's be a little kinder. We don't really know what happens behind the scenes, and it probably only ends up hurting her too.

Zach Ertz will return to the Linc Thursday night for the first time since being traded by the Eagles “Just because I’m playing down here now, it doesn’t change how I feel about the city, the people, the fans there. I don’t know what the reception is going to be. But it’s going to be a good day seeing so many familiar faces” -Zach told me on my podcast he looked forward to coming back to Philly with the Commanders

Celtic robbed of a penalty for handball at Dens Park. Still pics show after Nygren crosses ball, it is going past Halliday (with hands at side/behind back) into box, so Halliday sneakily lifts his hand up to block it. Hand to ball - deliberate handball. 100% clear penalty

Thoughts on Day 1 Thresh (he's super sick): Pros: Back assist is amazing with OTG + Range J.h has amazing range + airdash is strong Lantern is really versatile and has lots of potential Great tag out moves (ghost, lantern, 5hh, etc) Cons: Forward dash is too laggy for a game like this Mediums are short + bad movement means hard to play midrange Bad solo blockstring and tough to do strike / throw mix cause of dash Senna tomorrow, want to play one of these characters for sure at EVO so gonna grind it out

Lesson. If you are going to protest, find a way other than concreting/gluing your hands to the road. A lot of this is happening in Germany this week. If you think that some Americans are extreme when it comes to trying to protect our planet then you really need to travel to Europe. With the world recently seeing some of the hottest days on record perhaps they are onto something. I’m of the mindset that humans are too selfish to make major change and we will likely have to rely on new AI-driven technologies to figure out wide scale carbon capture. Thoughts?

A woman in the car behind at the red light on Phoenix Ave watching this idiot in a silver sedan pull way too far forward and park right where the sidewalk starts instead of staying back like you’re supposed to. She just casually says “Mutha fvcka stop at the stoplight” and calls them dumbasses while the silver car sits there clueless. Then the light turns green and they finally move. People this braindead are out here driving every single day. Clown World never disappoints. When did basic common sense disappear?

🚨 JUST IN: Thug illegal alien who yelled "F*CK TRUMP, I'm not going back to Haiti!" in 2025 HAS OFFICIALLY BEEN DEPORTED as of Thursday, per Fox's Bill Melugin He leveraged the court system to delay deportation, BUT IT ULTIMATELY FAILED. GOOD RIDDANCE, FOREIGN INVADER! 👋🏻 Stephen Miller said at the time: "HE'S GOING BACK." Turns out, Miller was right all along! The criminal had over 17 CONVICTIONS in Massachusetts and was let in under Hussein Obama. Another win for deportations! This just goes to show why we need to REMOVE activist judges and keep stacking the immigration bench with pro-mass deportations immigration judges!

Well this isn't promising. Conservative MP Michael Barrett says, "If Mark Carney isn't going to allow parliamentarians to debate laws and pass legislation that puts Canadians first then Canadians need to vote in an election." This is basically the same thing Jagmeet Singh said when he walked back his promise to vote non-confidence to trigger an election. It's looking like if our Unelected Prime Minister doesn't want to call an election, he's not going to be forced into it any time soon. After a decade of weak opposition to the Liberals, I guess we really shouldn't have expected things to change. WATCH:

Loading to hit isn't just "getting your weight back." It's preparing the body to turn. A few things I look for: ✅Back pocket toward the pitcher. ✅The hips coil slightly closed. For a RHH, think about the hips closing slightly to the right of the pitcher. You’ll often see the belly button / belt buckle and rear knee turn toward the catcher. Think: screw into the ground. Don’t just sway back. Good hitters look CONNECTED to the ground. Poor hitters often look like they’re skimming across the surface or hitting in ice skates. ✅Rear elbow behind the top hand. For a RHH, the right elbow works back behind you, toward the spine. You should feel the rear side of your back engage. ✅The knob of the bat points towards the catcher. ✅The front shoulder rolls in as the torso slightly coils. A great load isn’t a passive move backward. Think more around and less back.

This Jain mandir has created huge trouble on the one-way road, all the cars are coming from the wrong side, and there is no traffic management. The Mumbai traffic police are also of no help my car was stuck for like 20 minutes in this rain just to move ahead. BEST Bus was behind me luckily I somehow squeezed inside and may be must be little 12” gap maximum to move ahead and in front of me there were almost 3-4 cars back to back coming from the wrong side. This is unacceptable If you have a festival hire a valet company! Every year it’s the same! I dunno what the Mumbai traffic police are doing? Mumbai Traffic Police plz look into this and talk to them! The 2nd video is just after clearing a bit! After confronting the driver he said, " Sorry, madam” But still kept moving ahead. Ward RC BMC

Blueface appears to take Chrisean Rock back after the Nevaeh breakup drama. On Monday (Sept. 28), the Los Angeles rapper shared a video on his Instagram Story where he is riding in the back of a car with Chrisean, who recently won her first professional boxing match. The footage shows Chrisean wearing all of Blueface's jewelry, including his chains and rings. "I'm bigger than the program," Chrisean says, referencing the Blueface and Sauce Walka collab "Program." "That's what's going on." A short time later, Blueface shared the tweet, "If she ain’t gone by the time I get home I hope she can fight real good." The tweet seems to refer to it possibly being a dustup between the women if Nevaeh hasn't left his residence when he arrives with Chrisean. Earlier this month, Blue and Nevaeh had an unceremonious split after it came out that she lied to him about having an NBA YoungBoy tattoo. Nevaeh has yet to move out of Blueface's house and recently said she plans on vacating the home by November.

So it turns out, it's more than just the name that Apple borrowed. iPhone Duo is the first folding phone I've seen copy the Surface Duo's unique multitasking and windowing system pretty much 1:1! iPhone Duo can treat each half of the folding display as separate, letting you dock an app to one side and view your home screen on the other, just like Surface Duo. The gestures for multitasking are identical between iPhone Duo and Surface Duo too. You drag an app to the side you want and it fills that half of the screen. You can pick the app up and move it to the other side, and everything will dynamically adjust. It even does the "automatic" multitasking that I've raved about on Surface Duo. If you open a link in an app, it'll move the app over and open the link in your browser. Surface Duo did this, and now iPhone Duo does too. I've been waiting for a folding phone to copy the Surface Duo's unique multitasking and windowing behavior, and we finally have one in the form of iPhone Duo. Well done, Apple. Between the wide form factor like Surface Duo, the pen support like Surface Duo, and now the multitasking like Surface Duo... I think Surface Duo fans may have finally found their Surface Duo 3 in iPhone Duo.

🚨 Most people stay stiff and injury-prone because they skip moves like this. Tight hamstrings and weak cores sabotage our ability to move fluidly. Plus, they contribute to back pain, poor posture, and slower recovery. The windmill toe touch flips that script. This dynamic gem stretches your hamstrings, calves, and lower back while firing up your core, obliques, and shoulders. It boosts rotational mobility, balance, and coordination, all in one move. Perfect for warming up or unlocking better movement in daily life and workouts. Better flexibility means reduced risk of strains, improved performance, and smoother functional movement. No more feeling "stuck" when you bend or twist. Try it: 1. Stand with feet wide, reach one hand to the opposite foot while rotating your torso and extending the other arm up (like a windmill). 2. Alternate sides with control. 3. Start with 8-10 reps per side. Do this movement 2-3x/week and feel the difference in how you move. What’s one mobility move that’s transformed your flexibility? 👇 #Flexibility #Mobility #Longevity
