‼️⚠️THIS IS A SERIOUS POST!! OUR FRIEND COULD’VE DIED It’s my friends birthday and we went out to this restaurant to eat . The restaurant is called Ottoman Taverna in WASHINGTON DC. Everything was going perfectly fine, and we ordered our food and during the process of ordering our friend asked specifically, multiple times if there was there any PEANUTS in the food. The waiter said “NO”. Then, he asked again, just to make sure to make he said no again. Our food arrives, and the two friends (who both have serious allergies, hence why they asked if it had nuts in it) share their food. Within two minutes our friends started throwing up like crazy and it’s all due the fact that there were nuts in the food and he asked them multiple times if they were nuts and they said no. When we discuss it with the staff they were (instead of trying to be helpful or accommodate us) and saying “it’s the his fault for getting sick because it was his friends food and he ate it” mind you they are BOTH allergic to peanuts. Regardless, even if he ate our friends food, they told him the person who had the food allergy that there were no nuts, so both of our friends had to be rushed to the hospital(which took about 40 mins for them to come) While we were trying to talk to them they were being extremely aggressive, the had a non-chalant tone, and they had the nerve to still have to pay for the full amount of food. All they did was take off one food item, which is the ones with peanuts other than that they were like we still have to pay for the whole thing, mind you one of our friends had to be rushed specifically to the hospital via car, while the other one is being rushed. 💔🥵My dear friends, last night was another terrifying night. There are tanks in our neighbourhood, very close to us. They were shooting all night. Warplanes were flying over as well. We feared for our lives the whole night. I thought about the poor shelterless people in plastic tents outside. How frightening it must have been for them. We’ve all seen horrific footage of people burning in tents. Every time it was quiet outside, we heard dogs predicting upcoming bombs and shootings. Animals seem to always know the whereabouts of imminent danger. Our whole region is a kill zone, my dear friends, and we are all aware that we can die any moment. Even kids know they might die at any moment. I’m not even sure if they understand death, but they know dead bodies and realise they might be one of those as well. It is impossible to shield children from seeing death. There are times when there are bodies in the streets, the bodies of little friends and family members are almost a natural part of their lives. I hate discussing this, my friends, but as much as I hate it, I want to tell you. I feel you need to know this. I feel very bad for animals as well. They have absolutely no idea what is happening, they don’t understand war of course, but they understand danger. 🐈🥺#Cats and dogs are absolutely terrified all the time. I want to be sure to take care of the cats here in my area. I also hope to keep distributing water and food. Life is getting harder every day. It is actually so bad, that I feel it is getting harder every single hour of the day We need aid to come in. We are getting more and more desperate and we are devastated. I was 14/15 years old, living in Karachi, at the time 9/11 happened. The head principal of our school led victory cheers at the morning parade. Many people were jubilant. There was a sense in many that now was the time for all muslim armies to join together - a common dream that springs up every time there is even a little attack on any Western country. A wet dream of many Muslims across the spectrum, one day the Ummah will come together and fight the West. Even Mushraf took a few days to react one way or another, finally coming out to condemn the attacks to the disappointment of many Pakistanis. Make no mistake, Muslims are not your friends. Especially those from the subcontinent. They are the biggest majority of the minority in Britain. They are all bidding their time till they can act for their Ummah. Many people need to wake up. No, I am not being mean, or harsh, or unfair. It is not bigotry to see an ideology and a people who follow it dogmatically for what they are. They see themselves as other. They do not integrate, they do not assimilate. They declare themselves as your enemies by rejecting everything you stand for, while you remain timid to at least take their word for it. This isn't going to end well if you keep hiding from the facts. These are acts of dominance, plain and simple. This is the Muslims shifting from the Makkah phase to the Medina phase. When in Makkah at the start with only a handful of follower, Mohammad along with his band use to pray in private. All the verses were about peace and tolerance and all that jazz. And when he moved to Yathrib, and changed it to Medina, well the tone changed. Everything now could be done openly. Violence, death, glory, and conquest. The verses superseded the ones of before. Abrogation of the before. It is a learned behaviour from their prophet. Wake up before its too late.

On Thursday last week I drove with my daughters Kigali and they can’t stop talking about it. But here’s how it started: These ladies have been asking for a birthday 🎂 present since June and I kept pushing them forward. I don’t believe in the idea of buying gifts 🎁. So it happened that holiday coming to an end yet I had an urgent church meeting to attend in Kigali. Thursday evening, I go home and tell them pack ur bag 💼. We’re going somewhere. I didn’t tell them where. We set off at 2am and drove slowly. Reached Mbra in the morning nga beebase otulo Tuli: They had never traveled at night such long distances. Woke them up, freshened up, had breakfast 🥞, we hit the road again. (It’s not me who was driving. I can’t drive long distances) From Mbra to ntungamo, to Kabaale and to the Gatuna boarder. I told them pick ur passports line up for clearance. We’re entering another country.😊 RWANDA🇷🇼 They couldn’t believe it. They had never imagined that one can drive from a country to another just like that. After the clearing we entered Rwanda 🇷🇼 and we hired another driver who drove us to Kigali. The girls had never seen cars driving on the LEFT. It was crazy to them. They saw the hills. They saw rocks and all. We reached Kigali at about 5pm. And I told them, Happy Birthday 🎂. This is ur birthday present. The following day we went to visit that Kigali Eco Park and did some fun games. I went for my ministry meeting and made them meet some of my friends. Yesterday evening we set off to return. As we were driving back, I asked them to compare Kigali and Kampala and they started on it as I listened. When all was said : I told them when u go visiting in rich man’s home and u see it clean and awesome, it doesn’t make it urs. Your country is home. It will always be yours however dirty and disorganized it it is. God made u Ugandan for reason. Love ❤️ Uganda 🇺🇬 with its disorder until u grow to make it better. We’re now driving back home.

MILITARY TENSION IN ABA: “How Nigeria Soldiers Invaded My Home In Abia, Took Away My Teenage Siblings”.- Female Doctor Cries Out For Help Over The Abduction Of Her Siblings By Soldiers. Rose Agwu, has decried the invasion and illegal arrest of her siblings 15yr old brother and sister by Nigerian soldiers. Since The Deaths Of 5 Soldiers In ABA, there have been reports that Nigerian military has laid siege on Aba, the commercial nerve centre of Abia state, hounding and disappearing innocent residents in their hundreds. Below Is Her Full Statement: She stated, “Around 5am in the morning, the Nigerian Army invaded my house, broke the gate and our door, and took my 15-year-old brother and my sister, who had just come home, away, leaving only my aged father. Till now, they have not been released. We are still trying to locate them. Please help us ask the Nigerian Army the logical reason behind this and how they can account for all the people they took and their plans for them. I don’t want to hear stories, please. This is how people go missing and get killed. Please release my siblings, they know nothing about the shooting or unknown gunmen, please.” Lamenting the illegal and abuse of the innocent by the Nigerian military, she said the vow by the Defence Headquarters to fiercely crush them shouldn't be targeted at the innocent. According to her, her minor siblings are still custody in violation of their human rights without knowing where they are, even as she noted that June 1 was her sister’s birthday. She further explained: “At exactly this time 5 am yesterday while I was at the hospital running my Accident and Emergency shift and saving lives, the Nigerian army broke into my home, forced my 72-year-old father to sit in an unhealthy position while they took away my 15-year-old brother and sister. Till now my siblings have not been returned home. My family has been in panic and living in fear. The doors and gates were broken, no arrest warrant was shown, no official statement as to why they took my minor sibling or sister. This is not how justice is served! Children are experiencing something traumatic even to a grown adult. How will my siblings recover from this assault and abuse of their human rights? Today, June 1, is my sister’s birthday and she’s in Army custody for a crime she knows nothing about. My sister is unproblematic. My family has no relation to the crisis going on in the country. We are law-abiding citizens and mind our business but here we are. It’s my sister’s birthday today! A very traumatic birthday indeed. She’s being held by the Nigerian army who, without intelligence information, moved around arresting innocent law-abiding citizens living around where the attack on soldiers happened,” she stated.

So, this place is always something I really look forward to, and our Myday, it took almost 11 months for you to see us again, right? So I always wish to see you more often, but it feels like it's been almost a year since we last met. Despite that, though it might seem like a long time, or perhaps a short time, but even so, I am truly grateful that so many of you haven't forgotten us and have come to see us Also today, this stage is really special to us because it's where we used to come and see performance before. I used to wonder if we could ever perform at this venue someday. But thanks to you, we are truly grateful to be able to perform here in front of so many people through The Decade tour. We've been growing together since our early days, and we hope you'll continue to join us on this journey ahead. With the strength we've received today, we'll keep going. Yorkshire, starting on Friday 11 July, a temporary use ban (TUB), which is a restriction on the use of hosepipes, will come into effect. This will help our region’s reservoir levels recover and protect Yorkshire's water resources throughout the summer months, following one of the driest springs on record and the region being in drought. We've tried everything possible to avoid these restrictions, and despite our customers' help to save water where they can and our efforts to manage water resources, including adding an extra 100 people to our leakage team and upgrading our infrastructure to reduce leaks and bursts, the dry weather and warmer-than-usual temperatures have increased demand. We have supplied an additional 4.3 billion litres of water between April and June compared to a typical year - that's enough to supply Leeds for five weeks. This has left our reservoirs more depleted than expected and lower than average for this time of year. As a result, we’re kindly asking everyone to please put their hosepipes away for a bit. We understand you may have some questions about the restrictions. You can find detailed FAQs, including activities covered by the hosepipe restrictions and who would be exempt from it, on our website at or watch the video below to see how this might affect you. The restrictions will be in place until the region has seen significant rainfall to bring reservoirs and groundwater stocks back to where they need to be. This may last into the winter months, but rest assured, we will lift it as soon as we are able to. We’re really grateful to everyone who has been saving water where they can this year, and we kindly ask that you please continue to do so to help ensure there’s enough water for everyone in Yorkshire this summer and beyond. This will help our region’s reservoir levels recover and protect Yorkshire's water resources throughout the summer months, following one of the driest springs on record and the region being in drought. We've tried everything possible to avoid these restrictions, and despite our customers' help to save water where they can and our efforts to manage water resources, including adding an extra 100 people to our leakage team and upgrading our infrastructure to reduce leaks and bursts, the dry weather and warmer-than-usual temperatures have increased demand. We have supplied an additional 4.3 billion litres of water between April and June compared to a typical year - that's enough to supply Leeds for five weeks. This has left our reservoirs more depleted than expected and lower than average for this time of year. As a result, we’re kindly asking everyone to please put their hosepipes away for a bit. We understand you may have some questions about the restrictions. You can find detailed FAQs, including activities covered by the hosepipe restrictions and who would be exempt from it, on our website at or watch the video below to see how this might affect you. The restrictions will be in place until the region has seen significant rainfall to bring reservoirs and groundwater stocks back to where they need to be. This may last into the winter months, but rest assured, we will lift it as soon as we are able to. #emiamily 🧡: I just got back from Italy. I went to Rome for a fan meeting to meet the fans there, and they were so lovely. At first, the staff told me that fans here might be a bit quiet, but that wasn't true at all. The fans were so hyped! The staff might have been used to the fans of our male artists and expected them to be quiet. But since Bonnie and I are the first girls couple to go to Italy, the staff said they were shocked too by how incredibly hyped the fans were. They were so loud, singing along, and really enjoying. 🎤: So how was it? How overwhelming was the happiness to see the Italian fans giving you such a warm welcome? 🧡: They were so sweet and welcoming. Honestly, I didn't expect that going there, there would be this many fans waiting for us. I’m just so glad. 🎤: Did they have any surprises for you? Like a special project during the fan meeting? 🧡: A surprise? Well, they did have a project... and in that project, there was a clip that popped up from way back in the very beginning. Someone had interviewed me and asked where I wanted to go with Bonnie, and I said I wanted to go to Italy. 🫂My friends, today we ran the kitchen again, and we made a dish of yellow lentils after asking everyone what dish they wanted most. It is an incredibly joyful experience to help others, especially as all other moments of our lives are filled with so much fear and terror. It’s been so long since the borders were opened last that there’s very little nutritious proper food that can be found, and we are doing our best to give people food that has good vitamins and nutrition to help their health, especially the children who need it to grow. The situation here is miserable, my friends, and everyone is exhausted and terrified all of the time. My heart breaks for the families living in tents for entire years of their lives, barely surviving bombs that drop randomly at all hours of the day, and there is constant noise in the sky that makes me miss the sounds of birds in the sky and the peace of quiet during the night. Every day my heart breaks more when I see the #animals and the poor #cats who are suffering terribly. 💔 Your support for us is the only thing that keeps us going through these miserable times, my friends, and for that, we are very grateful. I hope that one day soon this war will come to an end, and we can live in peace, and I can go back to tending my beloved cats like I did before and we can experience a moment where we are not constantly fearing for our lives. If just getting bread is humiliating, then it is an honor to die of hunger.. Last year, we made flour from barley, corn, and fodder that was used to feed birds and animals. This time, the alternatives are different.. The problem is that all of these are last-ditch attempts to survive. We are using alternatives now and using corrupt supplies. This will not last long... O coming days passe over us by in peace. Our hearts are tired and the war has exhausted us.. What I feel is.. An unknown future, severe depression, a sad reality, loss of passion and excessive thinking.. Believe me, my friends, when I go to the gym, my goal is not to get muscles or a fit body... I go there to fight depression... My friends and loved ones.. The aerial bombardment still does not stop day and night.. and there is still a ground invasion in the Shuja’iya neighborhood.. Al-Shujaiya neighborhood is 2 km or 1.5 miles away from me.. My people, I’ve been watching the reactions to that court clip of Mama Austin, and I honestly think many of you are missing something deeper. Some are blaming the mother. Some mocked her as a single mother. But let’s be real, there is no manual for raising a child, and sometimes a parent reaches a point where the only thing left is to speak the truth publicly.... even if it hurts. Imagine this was your son: Last week, he was in a fight, and you intervened and saved him. A few days later, another incident with the law, again, you stepped in. Last month, the same . Today, instead of being in campus, he’s arrested at a bash and almost charged with murder. My people, how would your heart hold that? Every few months, a new crisis. And yet you work, struggle, sacrifice fees, rent, food, all so he can focus on a future you dream for him. Now you’re standing in a courtroom, scared that one more mistake might destroy his entire life. If a judge gave you the chance to speak, wouldn’t you also say the truth? Wouldn’t you warn him, even if it embarrasses him, hoping this time it finally gets through? In that moment, wouldn’t you speak your mind? Wouldn’t you shame him a little if that shame might save him? Some of you are judging the mother because you’ve never lived on that edge, where every phone call scares you because it might be another "your son is in trouble" message. And so it comes to pass that we are finally put out of our misery, on the last game of season, and perhaps worst of all, at the expense of Tottenham staying up. Yes, it hurts. It's probably the worst feeling you can experience as a football fan. Some of us have been through it and out the other end, and for some of us this is the first time. If there is one huge positive to come out of this utterly dreadful season, then without question, it is us, the fans. We have come a very, very long way since a small group of us got together in 2022. This year in particular, we have exploded into action, and none of it would have been possible without the commitment given and the belief shown by so many people in this group. Truly, thank you to everyone who has helped us to get to where we are. We have brought friendships together. We have shown some much needed community spirit. We have created the pre-match concourse (which was absolutely insane today by the way). We have self organised our fan-made flags, adding some character and visual atmosphere to the stadium. We have funded and organised a tifo tribute to Ludo, one of our greatest West Ham heroes of all time. We have trialled vocal sections in the ground. And we won't be stopping here. In fact, we're just getting started. As well as the positives of having no VAR, no tourists, less commerialism, winning more (hopefully), and a whole year without having to listen to Gary Neville, a season in the championship gives this group a huge opportunity to organise ourselves properly and become a permanent fixture in a stadium that so badly needs something. Once the dust has settled, we will turn our attention towards planning for next season. We encourage anyone who wants to be surrounded by likeminded vocal fans to relocate to 142 - 147.
