Nice drill from day 2 of Sabres development camp. 1 v 1 wall work down low with offensive support to make it a 2 v 1. Quick track back, stick lift retrieval to a 2 v 1. Defenseman encouraged to play a tight gap on the 2 v 1 coming back.

Emmanuel McNeil-Warren starts off in press coverage over the tight end, then quickly transitions to setting the edge once the run declares. Keeps his left arm free, forcing the back inside, then still gets his nose in on the play. Really instinctive football player. #Browns

USC's Gary Patterson is the king of split-field 4-2-5 defenses and knows how to fit the box against Spread sets as well as anyone else. When the RB is set away from the 3-technique, the DE on that side can wrap back inside to add numbers to the box. Typically, an offense will zone away from the back. With a base block, the DE wraps inside to take the A-gap, while the 3 tech. works vertically, allowing the Guard to push him into contain and pin the Tackle. The lone LB can then be patient and track the back. It amplifies coverage by slowing the LBs and exploiting the offense's blocking. Learn more about Read-Pop (Echo) stunts and other ways to fit the box with 7-man spacing on MatchQuarters: --

complete map of your body, and this mind-blowing reflexology animation shows exactly how! Watch this hyper-realistic foot where • Brain is on the big toe • Eyes & Ears are on the other toes • Thyroid, Lungs, Heart, Liver, Stomach & Intestines are placed on the sole The right hand applies gentle pinpoint pressure one organ at a time, moving smoothly from top to bottom (exactly how professional reflexologists work). How to do Foot Reflexology at home (super easy): 1. Sit comfortably and hold your foot steady. 2. Use your thumb or finger to press a reflex point with gentle but firm pressure. 3. Hold for 5–10 seconds, then slowly release. 4. Repeat 3–5 times on each point. 5. Breathe deeply and slowly while pressing. Do this daily for 5–10 minutes best before sleep or when stressed. Amazing Benefits of Regular Foot Reflexology: • Deep stress & anxiety relief • Better blood circulation & energy levels • Improved digestion (Stomach & Intestines points) • Hormone balance (Thyroid point) • Clearer breathing & lung support • Heart relaxation & better sleep

How many backup tight ends can say they blocked two Hall of Famers on the same play? Watch Tip Reiman (87) on Kyler Murray's TD run. He nearly shoves Nick Bosa over at the snap, with Bosa trying to tackle James Conner. Then he gets Fred Warner for good measure. Talanoa Hufanga crashes down and loses track of the football, Trey McBride seals off De'vondre Campbell, Elijah Higgins arcs around and gets Charvarius Ward, and Kyler's running so free that he can celebrate 40 yards away from the end zone. 13 personnel football!!!!

Defenses in the NFL are increasingly attacking offenses through the open-side B-gap (away from the TE). Against Duo, the line movement can force the RB weak, which is not how the play is designed to work. The Ravens use a boundary Will "stab" to create and force the Vikings' vertical run horizontal. Adding a Fire Zone coverage and dropping the Boundary Safety adds a layering effect to the run fit. If the Mike (49) rocks back earlier, Baltimore would have a clinic vice tackle. Instead, the Nickel traces back on the line of scrimmage and meets the back with the Safety. Mike Macdonald, another Ravens-tree coach, used this exact pressure in the Super Bowl to kill the Patriots' run game. Learn more about best practices early down pressures, only on MatchQuarters: --

What’s next for Bitcoin? 🤔 The blue prediction zone on the 7D BTC chart is the main area to watch. After rejecting from the recent Pipe Top near $65.4K, Bitcoin pulled back toward the $63.3K support area. From there, the AI Trading Assistant’s projected zone suggests BTC could attempt a gradual recovery back toward the mid-$64K range if support continues to hold. That makes the current setup fairly clear. BTC support: around $63.3K Prediction zone: mid-$64K recovery range Resistance: around $65.4K The prediction zone doesn’t point to an aggressive breakout yet. It suggests Bitcoin may be trying to stabilize after the recent pullback and rebuild momentum step by step. If BTC holds near $63.3K, the short-term structure remains more constructive. Traders can then watch whether price continues moving inside or near the blue zone as confirmation that the recovery path is still intact. If BTC loses that support and fails to reclaim it quickly, the setup weakens and the projected recovery path becomes less reliable. The Pipe Top near $65.4K remains the bigger test. BTC already pushed into that area once and reversed sharply, so reclaiming it with stronger follow-through would be the point where the chart starts to look healthier. This is where the AI Trading Assistant helps traders move from scattered data to structured market analysis. Instead of checking price action, patterns, timeframe context, and related market updates separately, traders can review the full setup in one workspace. The tool highlights detected formations, adapts analysis to the selected timeframe, and gives users a projected price zone they can compare against live movement. For BTC right now, the question is simple: Can Bitcoin hold support and follow the blue prediction zone higher? Explore the AI Trading Assistant in AI Hub V2:

I’ll never forget Brent Venables rolling us after practice one day my senior year. It was the closest I ever got to quitting football lol. I’ve always told myself that if I was the LB coach one day, I would pass it on. & within my first two weeks, one of the LBs got too many parking tickets. So, the legacy continues. Had to set the tone early. What’s the worst punishment or conditioning you’ve been put through? Don’t worry, I won’t steal your ideas…👀

A powerful hook doesn’t just come from arm strength, it starts from the feet, transfers through the hips, and explodes through rotational power. 💥🥊 If you want to build maximum power, rotational velocity, and precision in your hooks, try adding these 3 key drills to your training split: ● Kettlebell Rotational Swings Purpose: Develops explosive core rotation and hip drive required to transfer ground force directly into your punch. Focus:Pivot your back foot and drive through your hips, keeping your core tight and under control. ● Heavy Aqua Bag Work Purpose: Builds impact resistance and allows you to practice transferring maximum power at the point of contact. Focus:Maintain a solid wrist position, stay balanced, and snap the shot through the bag instead of pushing it. ●Resistance Band Hook Rotations Purpose:Builds speed-strength and conditions the kinetic chain under constant tension. Focus: Keep the elbow at a 90-degree angle, engage your lat, and drive through the full rotational path against resistance. Pro Tip: Always prioritize form and hip alignment over heavy weight to protect your lower back and shoulders. ■Save this post & practice these in your next session!**

I am completely exhausted… I no longer have the strength to endure all of this pain. Everything feels heavier day after day, and I keep trying to hold on to what is left of me… for Rafif, and for my family. But the truth is that I am slowly falling apart, piece by piece, under this endless fear, pressure, and exhaustion. Please… don’t leave us without support. Sometimes, one sincere word can bring life back to someone who is close to breaking. Keep us in your prayers, for Rafif, for my family, and for the strength to keep going. 💔😔
