Caleb Hammer was so furious about the guest’s claims that he went off on her, saying they’re the reason people don’t believe real victims anymore. Guest: Well, anyway, so she flipped the script and said I was the one doing that, and then my mom believed her. Caleb Hammer: Who even cares who’s asking who for sex when dating? Guest: Well, it was more like she was like.. Caleb Hammer: What is wrong with you two? Guest: She said… she said I was pressuring her into it. Caleb Hammer: Pressuring? Dude, making a move isn’t pressuring! You people and your fucking buzzwords! You people are insane! You are literally why nobody believes any claims, any assault claims, anything at all! You have destroyed it! When a cancellation attempt comes against a creator these days, I literally not only stay neutral anymore, but I can’t believe anything because of people like you! You’re fucking batshit insane! TikTok, and Reddit, and whatever has turned you people into victims! Your partner making a move on you, and stopping when you say no, is not assault! You are not a victim! No one believes anything anymore for real victims because of you! And this is 100% real? She’s a fucking real person? Is this show real? Guest: Yeah. What the fuck are we doing?! You’ve ruined it for everyone! I don’t believe a single claim against anyone anymore! And it’s because of you. And there’s like 40,000 TikToks and Reddit posts like people like you every day! And listen, if you say, “I felt uncomfortable in that situation,” that sucks. I believe that, and I’m on your side. But the issue is people like you bring a level of energy to it that you got fucking assaulted. You didn’t say assault, but you bring a level of energy to it of a nuclear fucking attack! That someone made a move on you, that you were dating, and that stopped when you said no! It is insane what your fucking TikTok bubble insanity, young women frontal lobe dumbass cunts have done! You’ve destroy, never, never! Not a single one of you like her on there complain if you’re not getting cold approached anymore! Don’t fucking complain! It is your fault! It is your fault!

Stop asking if AI can be creative. Start asking who will teach it. Last week, Permeke, a local library here in Belgium, celebrated its 20th birthday, and this is the manifesto I shared. For two decades, this library's shelves, and the people who tend them, taught the many cultures of Antwerp how to read, debate, and dream. Now, with AI, a new type of library has arrived, a silicon Babel built from almost everything humanity has ever written, painted, or sung. Yet, what are most of us doing with this genuinely novel cultural artifact? Flooding the internet with Ghiblified profile pictures and LinkedIn AI slop; beige averages that flatter nobody. That blandness isn’t a bug; it’s mathematics. A model trained on everything and tuned for everyone will orbit the statistical middle, the cultural equivalent of slice of white bread. And the very people most able to drag the model out of the median—writers, poets, philosophers, sociologists—stand aside, arms folded, as John David Pressman articulated so well. Yes, their work was scraped without consent. Yes, disruption sucks. But who is actually buying AI books, music, or movies? No one. John Keat’s prose still moves people, and films like Sinners still fill theatres. I’d argue that true, human artistry is thriving more than ever. So no, AI isn’t threatening art or culture; it’s threatening average (thank god for that!). And when the middle gets automated, the edge becomes the north star. The poets, critics, philosophers, and librarians aren’t just safe; I genuinely believe they’re holding the only reliable compass. Their years spent interpreting subtext and exploring subcultures have prepared them better than anyone to steer through a model’s latent space, where every idea is a coordinate, and every coordinate is only a short vector-walk from another. The machine can march forever. What it severely lacks is a guide who knows why a leap matters and where to land. So, my plea to everyone in the liberal arts and humanities: take the wheel and test the coordinates yourself. Walk a verse through rival theologies, pilot a treaty draft through propaganda cross-winds, or march a medieval jester straight into TikTok irony. The farther you roam, the less the model echoes culture and the more it reveals new pathways. Don’t just start prompting. Pick up the compass. Show the machine where wonder lives.

There's lots of diet vlogs on TikTok and a lot of them are interesting. I genuinely enjoy seeing improve themselves. There are also a lot of ups and downs. Many people are doing keto, carnivore and OMAD (One meal a day) What i'm noticing is that not many of them are doing actual heavy calorie restriction. When you don't have much to lose, it's good to take it slow. Preserve muscle mass, etc... when you're 350-500 lbs, you sort of stop having the luxury of taking it slow. At these weights, you're running on borrowed time. This guy seems like a nice enough fella, so I'm not going to rag on him because he's trying, but what he's doing is not optimal. He appears to mainly be an OMAD dieter, with his videos posting gigantic meals. OMAD works for some people on the basis of calorie restriction. There simply isn't room in your stomach to overeat as much. This plate in the video is gigantic though, even with a higher BMR calorie wise, that still is a lot. What people don't realize is that dieting sucks. It's not fun. The eating to get fat part is the "fun" part. The losing the fat is not fun. When you're over 400 lbs, you're a ticking time bomb. You don't have the luxury of being easy on yourself. You aren't going to starve to death. It's ok to be hungry. Your calories should be dramatically lowered and you shouldn't shoot for losing a lb or two a week. You're fighting FOR YOUR LIFE. There's no reason you should be gaining weight on a weight-loss journey. At a high starting weight you should have it melting off you. You're worried about losing muscle? You're concerned if you lose some muscle mass that your metabolism will slow down a little? It will, but you'll counteract that and then some by eating like you weigh 150 lbs. You don't need a specialized diet. You need to just drastically reduce your calories, eat whole foods and move around each day. You're hungry? Good, that means you aren't overeating. Go for a walk. This only applies to people grossly overweight. Stop worrying that you're becoming catabolic like you're a bodybuilder cutting for a show. You aren't losing a ton of muscle that you built in the gym. Once you get the weight off, you can start building the muscle back and then some. If you're in a caloric deficit, you are going to lose muscle. I'm not natural and at a caloric deficit, I'm still burning some muscle. It's just how it is. Stop falling for gimmicks and specialized diets plans. If you're morbidly obese, look at what a normal sized person eats and mimic them and watch the scale drop. Then walk in your free time. It's that simple.
