Do you have to butter the back of the tile or it will pop in the hollow spots, terrible workmanship.

They should still use spacers. The tiles could settle out of place once they pull the jig. Still use the jig, though... why work harder.

Love the idea but hate the craftsmanship. They should either butter the back of each tile or push them down with a little more force.
