This is probably Tim's biggest downfall as a CEO. He doesn't know when to say, "Yeah, it's crap and we need to do better." He tries to make everyone believe that Apple is this perfect company that can't do no wrong. The Magic Mouse is crap, I'm using it now and use it every day. It's crap. Just admit it and have your team create a better mouse.

Putting the charger at the bottom was an understandable aesthetics over function choice but it's not as bad as people pretend. The accidental side scrolls are far worse, especially on websites which don't cache inputs before submission.
