Tim Curry playing Mick Jagger in Saturday Night Live, 1981.

@Andrea_51544005 Never forget: Mick Jagger was John Huston's first choice for "Rooster" in "Annie," a role famously and wonderfully played by... Tim Curry!

@mikey2020 You should watch this entire video of Curry playing Jagger. It’s hilarious.

I love Tim Curry, I am so sad at his passing!

Something so accurate in his face and movements - you know it’s Mick Jagger without it being an exact copy! Such talent. RIP

WAS he ever asked to do this again in other various years of SNL?...... The first years of SNL were filled with comedy, rich laughter on anything they performed... BUT TODAY, SNL IS EASILY TURNED OFF--- Seldom-----IS THERE THIS KIND OF TALENT OR LAUGHTER PRODUCED FROM its shows today!!!!

He did this so good!Like he always did!A true talent!!Sure going to miss Tim Curry!!RIP Tim💕🌺🌺

He was a gloriously talented actor

Tim Curry’s versatility was unreal his Mick Jagger impression was pure entertainment

You know; Jagger would have been great in Rocky Horror Picture Show.

He was the first famous actor I remember doing a voice for a video game. Does anyone remember what it was? Let's see how old some of you geeks are. ( I use geeks lovingly. I am one)

His performance as Frank n' Further in Rocky Horror is a classic I'll never forget. He made his career in one of the great comic roles in movie history. Absolutely uproarious. He also made the movie, pretty pedestrian except for Meat Loaf, a cult classic. It was a sensation in 1978, moviegoers would arrive dressed up like the movie characters.

@AnjanetteVuuren Tim Curry was such an incredible performer and actor!! His legend will live on forever!! 💔

Tim Curry was such an absolutely amazing, brilliant talent. So underrated and so phenomenal.

@SuzanneEdoran I’m old. I saw this live.

Farewell Tim

such a good singer

Would have been wittier if they'd substituted the lyrics of "Sweet Transvestite" for those ones.

Doing Mick Jagger than Mick Jagger 🤗

This was my introduction to Tim Curry.

Hahahahahaha. 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

Best jagger ever! 👌

He sang a duet of Under My Thumb with Joe Piscopo as Frank Sinatra I recall.

Hilarious!!!! Tim Curry could do it all! 💔❤️

@NannaOfDragons Wonderful 👏
