Your deputy is a threat to himself and others. All this officer cares about is trying to get the person in cuffs. Zero discovery, zero investigation, straight to litigation with this guy. This is the type of officer that you see on the news for discharging his firearm when he should not have. In this case, the man holding the camera cannot be trespassed from the property because he has lessors rights. If he is leasing property there he has the rights to be there. If the property manager wants him gone they need to not renew his lease at this point. That deputy can go kick rocks.

21-year-old Melenek Clarke sh*t by a police officer on Sunday in Miami, Florida, after Melenek drove his car into the officer. Melenek’s sister, Sherylann, was reportedly in the back seat of the car. She told reporters her version of what happened. As the video shows, she blatantly lies about the incident. Sherylann says about the officer, “He told everyone else to go with his hand, hand signaling that we can go. And then he stood in front of my brother’s car and shot him.” In reality, Melenek drove his car into the officer, sending him onto the roof, at which point the officer fired his gun to save his own life. If not for this cell phone video of what really happened, Sherylann might have gotten away with her lie. Melenek was transported to Ryder Trauma Center and is listed in stable condition. The officer involved was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries before being released.

Listen to the "crime" that this officer is trying to accuse this 1A auditor of just so he can get his ID to run his background. No court on this earth will uphold this, but that is not the point. This officer just wants to flex like he won. This is the wrong mindset for anyone wearing that uniform.
