This guy just rips into this officer. 😳 Anyone that ever had a bad day only to be iced off by getting pulled over? That seems to be where this guy is right here. He says just about everything that someone wants to say on a day like that, but usually we do not. He also brings up an interesting debate.. The law says he must present his ID and technically he is presenting it. Does that mean he needed to hand it to the officer or was he legal in what he did?

This man has rented his home out to the same couple for the last 10 years, they’ve always been good, and have never had any real issues. However recently due to inflation and high costs of repairs. He has finally raised the rent to make up for lost money. He seems to think they trashed the home, but when you think about it, the carpet would have had to be replaced by now anyways. The other things he seems to complain about by highlighting are mostly wear and tear. If you think about it, 10 years is a long time and if this is the wordy of it then he’s still pulling out ahead. Do you feel he’s being unreasonable or should he have updated and maintained the home better?
