He’s describing sales in general. People who become very good at sales especially, they’ve mastered human psychology and they watch how their words get the results they want from others. They know it’s not real. It’s learned, no different than the algorithms. They go home, they feel fake because all day they were. Also makes you lose hope in humanity when you realize everyone is sheep. Quite depressing.

Maybe it’s a northeast thing but no one’s nice 🤣. Polite intro, crush you with hard truths then build you back up to reality. Always act like they’re busy and inconvenienced. Filters out brokies, tire kickers and retards quickly.

I’ve used some good agents before but generally speaking they are not worth their commission. It’s really just some paperwork and communication, basic admin stuff. The whole “I’ll market your house” is a giant scam given Zillow does that for free for you.

Same is true for working in an office, especially when you are in the middle with as many layers above you as below you. Fake nice hell.
