I was excited to hear that Shireen Gandhi would no longer serve as Commissioner of Minnesota DHS. But was she fired after retaliating against whistleblowers and overseeing the doctoring and backdating of documents? Nope. She’ll continue serving as Deputy Commissioner. Tim Walz refuses to fire anyone who oversaw this fraud.

American is on the Minnesota Department of Human Services website under licensing lookup She found a child care center she says she knows for a fact the DHS worker “is in on it” This American used to run a corporate adult foster care so she knows how these licenses work - She shows years of violations with no documents submitted to fix the violations - She says you have to submit documentation typically within 30 days - After years of violations, the DHS licensing case worker just kept approving it without any documents to show corrections Minnesota government is in on the fraud “The licensor that did this review gave them a pass and did not require them to make any corrections. The licensor is in on it.”
